We actually had one of the BEST experiences we have had @ ANY drive-thru in years, @ the Taco Bell on Russell Pkwy, yesterday, 2/5/23. The young gentleman taking our order was pleasant, professional, spoke clearly, apologized when we ordered something they were out of, and offered a possible alternative that, though not listed on the menu board, was still an order able option. And, we accepted. Additionally, our daughter loves cheese quesadillas but doesn't like what she called the "hot cheese sauce" at Taco Bell. In the past, when we have ordered it without the "hot cheese sauce", some employees have just said "ok", but done nothing, but most said that "they don't come with hot cheese sauce". Of course, her quasadillas were normally still "spicy" when she ate them. But yesterday... the young man only started by saying that they don't have "hot cheese sauce" on them, but then he said, "But... they do have a jalapeño sauce in addition to the cheese. Would you like 'No jalapeno sauce'?". So simple. A tiny difference. But, it is hugely important to our daughter. Over the last 10+ years of her ordering cheese quesadillas from Taco Bells in GA, FL, SC & NC, NOONE... NOONE has bothered to learn & then communicate that small difference, to us, the customer!! That small difference has kept us from choosing to go Taco Bell, quite a few times over the years. Her Cheese Quesadilla, No Jalapeño sauce, was perfect!! 😁 That young man spent a few seconds to problem solve & give good customer service. But, there will probably be hundreds of dollars of future purchases at multiple Taco Bells, BECAUSE OF HIM!! Because small things CAN & DO make a BIG difference!! He needs a pat on the back & to be told to keep it up & maybe to help other people to perform in the same manner... like they care. *Also, it should be noted that when we got to the window, there was a sweet young lady, who was also very polite & professional. But, bless her sweet heart, she didn't have the opportunity to make the same impact that her "No Jalapeño Sauce" co-worker made. But, by herself, Im sure that she would've given above standard service. All in all, it was a really good trip! There are t WAY too few people who care to do a good job anymore. These two young people deserve some appreciative kudos for a job well done, and I pray they keep up the...
Read moreThe cashier was extremely rude and tapping her false polished fingernails on the counter top as we were placing our food order. We had ordered the Nacho Box and a Nacho Bell Grande meal. The receipt paper needed to be replaced, so I did not get a receipt with my order. We received our food order and had to ask for eating utensils only to find out that they were out, after making the comment “ you would have thought someone could have told us that before letting us order nachos”. The lovely young lady at the counter was looking at me sideways and rolling her head with so much attitude that I thought her head would roll off of her shoulders. Luckily for us the lovely young lady's head did remain attached as she continued to allow customers to order menu items that would require eating utensils while failing to mentioning that they did not have any. I could understand if they had just realize they were out but the customer before us said they had to walk to Dunkin Donuts to get a fork, so they could eat. As we are halfway finished with our meal an employee comes into the store with some forks that she had borrowed, so with them being as customer service oriented as they are they failed to offer customers in the dining room eating utensils. The cashier was also working in the food preparation area so false fingernails and nail polish of any kind is a violation of the...

And depending on how u answer their response is always gona be the opposite of what you say. Oh. I'm sorry. Were only accepting cash at this time. Or, Were only accepting cards at the moment because we have no money to give change. Or you are going to get the big one liner. Sorry. We can't serve you. All of our computers are broken down at the moment. Don't even bother with this place. Whoever owns this place just needs to shut it down.
