Natural Therapies in Warner Robins: I have an aversion to people who lie. I am aware that I make a strong statement here, however, in this case it is justified. Let me explain.
We get Cha water (alkaline) from this store - rather we got it in the past. We took in our 4, 5 gallon empties about 10 days ago and were told they didn't have any water to replace what we brought in. She (Miss Betty?) said to leave the empties and our name and number for them to call when more water became available. She said they hadn't been able to get any from their supplier for a few weeks and had a list of people waiting. She couldn't give us any idea of how long we'd be waiting, but when pressed (twice), assured us that they were the only place in middle Georgia that supplied it. She went on to say she thought it had something to do with the tropical storms in the Bahamas.(?)
I called today to enquire about the water delivery. Still no water, "we would have called you, Ma'am, if we had gotten any!" I said I would like my empties back, or at least my deposit. She said the bottles belonged to the distributor, and we would get them refilled when they got more water. I said I wanted our deposit then, and she refused to discuss that, telling me if I had a problem I would need to speak with the owner, who was out of town until next week.
I asked her twice more if they were the only place in the area, middle Georgia, that had this water, and twice more she stated, emphatically that they are the only ones. It should be mentioned here that I had just picked up 3, 3 gallons of this water from Perry Drug, 20 minutes away from Natural Therapies. I asked her if she was aware that Perry Drug sells this water? She was quiet, then when asked if she had lied to me on purpose, she said that Perry Drug was one of the places Natural Therapies sells to, and that she had forgot (4 times now, same person), and when asked again, she claimed she wasn't feeling well today. I wonder if she was also not feeling well 10 days ago? And she is running the store while the owner is out of town (who she claims is her nephew).. . .
I will never use that store again for my needs. It is places like this that ruin it for other small businesses, pushing locals to shop online instead.
One last comment: I called Perry Drug and asked them who supplies their water - the same distributor who supplies Natural Therapies. Perry Drug was interested in what Natural Therapies is telling people.
Please pass this on. The owner of Natural Therapies might be interested. . . Or not...... You have lost...
Read moreI absolutely love this place. Everyone is so super helpful and so educated and knowledgeable and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies in the store. I am a very, very satisfied customer. I came in, not knowing at all what to get for the issues I’m trying to treat for my family and I was met with so much knowledge and information and even got printouts about how to take the medicine and what’s in it. I left there feeling 100% confident in my purchase. I know that I will be a long time low customer here. I am so thankful that I...

It’s the kind of small business that really serves the community, and I hope they’re around for...
