HARD PASS!

The owners designed it for insta-models...but they somehow need an armed guard at 8pm (speaking of, owners, he's wearing a Glock in a non-retention holster - he's more likely to get shot by his own gun than to do anything with it). Wrong crowd. Worst service in WR. It's a shame, the location and ambience would be cool. Go anywhere else, and if you want a "real" cocktail - drive up to Macon and go to a "real" bar.

Management - hire real staff. Lose the dope with the gun. If your problem is attracting individuals that cause trouble - figure out why and market yourself to the individuals you would like to frequent your establishment. Probably cheaper to raise prices, spend on marketing, and hire a real bartender than it is to have some under-qualified doorman "welcoming" the non-trouble causing patrons with his loosey-goosey pistola before they are neither welcomed, acknowledged, nor directed where to order (which changes from visit to visit) by any of your staff. I could have been waving a couple $100 bills over my head and your staff would likely still have been catatonic.

Let me finish by saying I WANT to like your bar. But I've tried it a few times now - this is not one-off feedback - and to be blunt, it sucks. And I'm not the only person here that's providing you this feedback. Reading your responses to other negative reviews, you seem to default to making excuses for your business's shortcomings as opposed to addressing them. You can't do that for me because I'm a multipe-visit patron who has barely been able to get your bartenders' attention, and I certainly haven't caused any problems. So:

Stop making excuses, and fix your problems, aggressively! OR...just close up shop so someone else can lease the space and make it into the business...

Came here tonight with my family & had such an amazing time. The inside/outside was very beautiful & the sunset OMG. The establishment was very nice so awesome. Here are my ratings ▪︎The Food: 4.5 out of 5 It was so delicious and not overcooked at all. It's just that this is a bar, but no wings. I just wish they had wings. The Flatbread pizza was delicious, I highly recommend the Georgia Peach Flatbread, so freaking scrumptious. The beverages were amazing. I recommend these, Need a Life/Pina Colada/Missy Mojito. And the bartender makes drinks you want, even if they're not on the menu. He made me a special cocktail I know & my favorite shot. ▪︎The Atmosphere: 5 out of 5 The decor was very nice, modern & chique. Furniture was very comfy & cleaned. I have back problems & usually sit on the couch. But since my siblings & their wives had the couch. I sat with my Mom in the chairs. And they didn't give me back pain, so nice. Everything was nice/neat/clean. ▪︎The Lighting: 5 out of 5 Came in the evening with the sun still out. And then lighting didn't get on our nerves. Very well lit establishment. ▪︎Cleanliness: 5 out of 5 Especially because of Covid, we want stuff to be cleaned. Here it is they make sure of that. Even the bathroom is cleaner than your grandparents bathroom. Doesn't smell bad either. Smells like Febreze very pleasant. ▪︎Staff: 10 out of 5 The staff was very friendly, the bartender named Jared. They need to keep him. He made our experience so memorable & our night so fun. We'll definitely be back for him & his delicious/wonderful...

Great place for a date night or a girls night out due to the atmosphere. However, my husband and I have been here twice, and each time the customer service is not good. For instance, we went last night, and just like the first time, we don’t even get so much as a greeting when approaching the bar. Everyone sitting at the bar had already been served, yet it took forever to get our drinks because they took their time to even acknowledge us standing there. Both bartenders acted inconvenienced to serve us. My first drink was great, and tasted strongly like rum. When I finished it, my husband got me another one just like it, but it didn’t have any rum flavor at all, and the glass wasn’t nearly as full as the first one. Could do better with being consistent for the prices they charge. They told us they don’t do table service so we had to wait for our drinks at the bar and bring our dirty glasses back in with us, (again, ridiculous for the price you pay to drink there) yet I saw MULTIPLE people getting drinks brought out to them, and dirty glasses taken away every few minutes. I guess you must have to know the manager personally in order to be treated well as a paying customer. The manager was going around talking and goofing around with other select groups, but never once stopped to ask how we were enjoying our night and if she could get us anything.
