Best Juice Cleanse ever!! Recently, I decided to look for a juice cleanse/detox in this area since I was gaining weight, having stomach issues, my skin was breaking out, and I was tired all the time. I wasn't sleeping well at night and felt sluggish during the day. Of note, I have done at least two juice cleanses a year over the past five or so years at various places. However, this is by far the BEST juice cleanse I have ever done! I did a 30-day juice cleanse from the Mr. Smoothie juice bar in Warner Robins, GA. I can honestly say I did not cheat, and I was not hungry at all. I had energy all day every day and had no desire to take naps. I slept 7-8 hours every night and felt well rested! My skin cleared up (no more breakouts/acne), and it definitely moved bowels/cleaned colon. I lost 20lbs. While on the cleanse, I drank a gallon of water daily and still had enough energy to do light cardio & strength training every day. I would definitely recommend this juice cleanse to anyone who is looking to detox their body and just reset. While these juices incorporate basic fruits & vegetables like everywhere else, they also include vegan protein, flax seeds, chia seeds, moringa, sea moss, etc. All the good stuff that truly goes above and beyond and makes a world of difference in how you feel throughout the cleanse. I can definitely see and feel the difference compared to other cleanses that I have done in the past. Do it! Even if just for 5 or 10 days... your body will thank you! Plus the establishment is clean and the staff are all pleasant and friendly. You will love it...

Update (Dec 2023)... I just completed my 2nd extended juice cleanse from Mr. Smoothie Juice Bar. This time a little different but still with great results. The first cleanse was 30 days drinking 6 juices a day and maintaing regular strength training. I lost 20lbs and felt amazing. This time was a 45 day juice cleanse including 4 smoothies a day, a daily super green supplement, a salad every few days consisting of just fruits and veggies with lime juice & pepper, and 10 mins daily on a vibration plate for exercise. I lost 28lbs. Again, I had energy, I slept better, my skin was clear, I wasnt experiencing any stomach issues, and I am already looking forward to my next cleanse. Have been to this place 10x in the past year. I have tried not to post a negative review, as I love to support small businesses, but I have been disappointed the last 5-6x I have ordered from here. The smoothies have been inconsistent EVERY single time. Sometimes there’s an abundance of ginger to where it’s hard to drink, sometimes you don’t taste any ginger. Sometimes it has great flavor, sometimes there’s none. Today I attempted calling 5x, over 14 minutes, and never got an answer. I drove to the store, only to get there and wait another 15 minutes just to place the order, as the owner is working on one customers order. Then had to wait ANOTHER 16 minutes, until the order was prepared. He gave us two larges for the size of mediums, so I do appreciate that effort to make things right. I understand things happen, but this needs to be staffed better. Overall, I would love to continue being a return customer, but to spend $17 on two medium smoothies that consistently taste different and/or bad customer service, makes me less...

I tried this place because I love smoothies and they are next door to my favorite restaurant Shark - I guess I am use to yogurt base and I just ordered a regular smoothie without looking and the coconut milk gave a back taste that was weird. It fell kinda flat. I forced myself to finish it $8 but my kids said yuck. (they love smoothie king) I will try them again and request yogurt base and see if it taste better - also fruit combos are not that great so I will have to customize that as well. Also I was so excited to see they had daily specials but it wasn't a discount on certain smoothies it was Military, teacher, gym day so that fell flat as well. Was really hoping for Strawberry treat Monday or Bulk up Thursday were they offered a discount on different drink items each day. They have a great location and I try to support local business but you have got to get rid of the coconut and almond base unless requested because it is an acquired taste.
