Nu-Way Weiners — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I was craving Nu Way and i drove almost 45 min just to get me a chili dog and i bought 53 dollars worth of food..Got half way down the road opened up a chili dog and it looked like the hotdog had been setting there awhile and the chili about a teaspoon full..i called and the assistant took my complaint but why did i call just for her to tell me that's what they are suppose to look like..i had sent her a picture of two of my chili dogs that they served me and they even forgot to put my slawdogs in my bag but didn't mention it for what to get an answer that didn't make sense ..she advised that is how they would look just cause I didn't get onions or mustard..very disappointed..stayed with the taste in my mouth well Fort Valley i went were i knew I could get a NU WAY chili dog and not be disappointed. The server was friendly, the food was good, BUT not good enough to make up for the way the manager was treating me. She had a very confrontational attitude, and told me to go to the back of the line unless my order was to go, then I said I'll take it to go, thinking what's the difference, so she messed up my order, then when I returned to have it corrected she insisted that I misspoke when ordering and charged me $0.80 to fix it (which was a slap in the face). I know she thought she'd get away with botching my order, since it was to go. Lady, do you realize you work in the service industry? I WILL be reporting this to the home office (and probably the BBB). You mistreated the wrong customer. I'll still eat nu way, but I doubt I'll ever eat at...

Decent food but the staff need to ensure the bag has all items ordered by the customer. Hard to have a large order of chili cheese fries when you didn't get the chili, cheese or oh yeah, the fires! 😡🤯 I called to let the manager know and could hear one of the employees make a smart mouthed comment and the manager told them she had the speaker on. (speaker on or not, the mic is on if it is not muted) The manager told me I could come and get them at a later date. NO! YOU took my money and didn't provide me with everything I paid for! Foul on you for only offering me the fries I had originally bought and nothing for my inconvenience.
