I have been really disappointed in our local pizza hut delivery. I have been ordering from this location for years without issue, but I will be ordering carry-out next time just so I can avoid this location. Our past 3 orders at this location have had issues that have resulted in long wait times or canceled orders.
I understand that everywhere is way understaffed right now, so we waited and hour past our quoted "delivery" time before even calling the store on all three occasions.
First occasion: We called up to the store at the hour mark, and got told that our driver just left and would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later we called back and got told our food was still sitting on the counter...
Second occasion: We called up to the store at the hour mark, and got told that our driver just left and would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Again, thirty minutes later we called back and got told that the delivery guy dropped it off at the wrong address. They said they would remake our order and send a new driver. The food was dropped warm and the delivery driver was nice, so I was happy and he got an extra cash tip.
Third occasion: This one definitely takes the cake for me! I get a text that my pizza was going to be delivered through DoorDash, which I understand with all the staffing issues. I wait about an hour and 10 minutes past my delivery time before calling up to the store, because I can "see" that my doordash driver is still just sitting at the restaurant. Nearly 2 hrs past my ordering time, after having to "talk to the manager," because I kept getting the run around, they tell me that the driver stole my order and they're just going to cancel my order refund me, because I didn't want to wait an extra 2 hrs they told me it would take them to remake my order and get a new driver!! Let's just say that the car carhop at sonic got a really nice tip...

Lets start with how the order began i called the store and a polite gentleman answered the phone immediately and said hold please and put me on hold without even a response, OK you're busy i get it, then after 15 minutes of being on hold i finally got someone on the phone and they took my order. Thirty minutes later i received a phone call saying that the pizza restaurant was out of medium sized pizza!!!! Luckily the manager was the one who called to inform me of this and was rude to begin with, and then immediately tried to get me to upgrade my order to a large, this is ridiculous, there was no customer service at this store not even from the manager, i hope that a change is made and until it is I will not be going to this restaurant again and would recommend that no...
