The Patio at Rigby's — Restaurant in Warner Robins

An unusual experience at the Patio at Rigby's. The good first; the food was incredible. I had the shrimp appetizer and a cheeseburger while my wife had the low country boil. The shrimp were outstanding. The burger was excellent as were the fries. The low country boil, which included crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Each item was outstanding to include the garlic butter. Now the flip side; our server took the order and brought out our drinks. After that, we never saw her again. The food was delivered from a separate kitchen by a different employee that was not located in the Patio. Since there are no refills on drinks, maybe that's why we didn't see her anymore. The food delivery was also suspect. My burger and the appetizer were delivered together, instead of the appetizer coming out first. Im accustomed to the appetizers coming out and then both meals at the same time. It took so long for my wife's meal that I had consumed my entire meal prior to hers coming out. Then, they wouldn't allow me to pay cash and stated I had to use a card. I followed their policy of card only and was charged an extra %3.5 percent for using the card they said I had to use and not being allowed to use cash. I had to pay tax for our meals but this was an additional tax. To recap, the food was excellent and i rated that a 5. I will return to Rigbys for the entertainment and food but i wont go back to the Patio. I'll eat inside. Me, my husband and our two kids came in on May 30th for the Disney Trivia night. I was initially disappointed in the fact we weren't greeted by any member of staff. We found a table, sat down and when we asked someone about ordering food they said we had to go to the bar. I waited in line for 30 minutes to order our food, then it took another hour and 20 minutes to receive the food. By the time our food arrived my Autistic son was having a meltdown due to being so hungry. This was our first and last time eating here due to the poor experience. I would say the Disney Trivia may have saved the night but NO, the host took WAY too long in between questions and he was hard to understand on the loud speakers. November 9 ( Sat) My family and I had an excellent experience at the Patio at Rigsby. The service we received from Salena was outstanding! She took care of our guests from the time we arrived until we left. The staff was amazing and very helpful the entire time. The food was decent but could use some improvement ( the fish & chips could use some improvements) it taste ok but the presentation wasn’t the best. It looked like it was fried in old grease.
