I went about 3-4 weeks ago to get the front/back screen fixed. The first day I went the young lady(long hair, not sure of her name) that was working was so nice and had great customer service. I ended up having to go back the next day because my home button would not work anymore and the technician and I think owner tried to make it work. They were very nice as well. And by working in Law enforcement I needed my phone so they put the Home Assist on. However, the next day another young lady (short hair in a bob hairstyle) was working. I came in and told her I had to bring my phone back because it wasnât fixed properly yesterday. She said âso this a warranty replacementâI told her âno, it wasnât fixed properly yesterday and I was told to bring it back because of the home button not workingâ..She told me it wasnât a guarantee it was going to work after they fixed it. I told her the young lady yesterday didnât tell me that and if she did I would have had the option to continue with them or I would have had the option to use Asurion which will guarantee me a phone in perfect working condition..She look at me and just humped her shoulders very nonchalant about it and said I wasnât working yesterday and b4 things escalated the technician came out and told me he will try to fix it and explain to her he told me to bring my phone back and for me to give him a hour. I gave him 3. When I went back it was working, the technician apologized for the inconvenience. She then said she was sorry the young lady the day before didnât tell me everything. Now my home button glitches. It works on its own, I can be on a app and the home buttons starts closing...
   Read moreI contacted iKrack about a screen repair for my iPad Pro 12.9â Gen 1. He met me near my home and took the iPad with him. After several days he contacted me with what the issue was and repaired the iPad for $199. When he returned that iPad I gave him a gen 1 and gen 3 iPad mini to see if they could be repaired. Once home I contacted him immediately because the bottom of the pro screen was not staying down at all. He told me that it should be ok and that he would fix that when he returned the iPad minis. Several weeks went by. I had not heard from him about the minis so I contacted him and he was out of town. He said he had ordered the parts and he would let me know when they were ready he charged me $110 for the minis. Several more weeks went by and at this point the pro screen started glitching badly and had completely gone black. I again called about the iPads (the pro screen and the minis) I was told at this point the minis were unrepairable. He assured me that he would return them and repair the pro screen. After this conversation I have not heard from him at all. He refused to respond to any messages and after 8 months has still not returned the minis. I had someone else repair the iPad Pro screen. The backing for the adhesive tape used to seal the screen was left on which caused the screen to stay popped up and the cables for the screen broke under the constant stress from it not being sealed properly. I have contacted him again about the iPad minis. I will never use his service again and would not recommend anyone...
   Read moreI took my IPhone 12 Pro Max to have the back glass replaced on Dec. 12 and during the repair it was damaged beyond use. They loaned me a piece of crap phone to use while they tried to fix mine. After 4 days of them having my phone the store manager told me that they would make it good and also refund me the money I had already paid to have the back glass replaced. The next day I spoke with the owner and kept getting the run around until he finally agreed to replace my phone. There was no communication on their part, I initiated each call daily to get an update. Evidently replacing my phone was not a priority to the owner and it took another week and a half for them to replace my phone. After 2 1/2 weeks I picked up the replacement phone and I asked about the refund that they offered and I was told that the owner said that since they had to spend so much to replace the phone they would not issue me the refund.
