WE Had the absolute WORST experience We have ever had out at a restaurant! Before I get into it..know multiple other tables around us overheard and agreed! We ordered 2 appetizers ..one came out 3 min or so before ( 2 of the meals) and one never did. The shrimp appetizer was COLD and hard.....2 of our meals came out the other 2 did not..the shrimp pasta and the blackened chicken pasta. The pasta was cold the shrimp were so over cooked and tough.. the pasta sauce was like water had NO flavor. The amount of chicken was literally 4 small slices (maybe the size of my pinky) and it was so dry/tough. ..10 min later My order of the blackened chicken pasta came out the same..watery sauce no taste hardly any meat and yet again cold.. then my mother's (whom we brought for her bday) shrimp cesar..huge chunks of lettuce with tough way over cooked shrimp she actually choked..at this point she was so hungry she continued to eat jus the lettuce. We had empty drinks on our table we still hadn't got the spinach dip.. my 2 yr old was so hungry he was eating some of the plain noodles we told manager he said they'd remake I said if it wasn't goin to take long and was nothing like the current plates of food sitting on our table . fine. If came the same we don't want it..my 2 yr old was over waiting so my husband took my 2 children outside my mother whom is also older went to the car ..didnt even want the remake. I continued to wait at that table another 30 min...where other guests began talking with me and agreed on service quality of food and their disappointment. I told server who came with a check with a 12$ discount that I didn't want any of it I can't believe I'm still sitting here waiting where I was told it was too late. Poor attitude and behavior and service. There was full plates of even colder food sitting on table I didn't think we should have even be charged for. First time ever I refused to tip with yet again several ppl around me agreeing. I was upset ..embarrassed to even be having to deal with it ..the treatment from manager and waitress was something I have NEVER come across! If you cannot handle your tables ask for help..don't assign that many tables to someone with obvious no experience no customer service skills..your servers should never treat or speak to customers that way. I have worked as a server in the past and would never. I have never had COLD food served to me or ny family. Have NEVER had such over cooked shrimp NEVER had watery pasta alfredo..we ALSO stated we would need to do a to go order once we got food (before disaster struck) and she never took that order either. We saw pics of food on here and the pasta looked nothing like the previous photos with good ratings and reviews so we knew what we were served was not how it was supposed to be. Only reason ordered what we did was because of the reviews and photos.overall will never return to that establishment..between the treatment of customers and food.. nope. Since told too late I paid walked out with a bag of remade food that was the exact same watery sauce.. overcooked meat just all went in the trash. Waste of...

Update... Update 4.3 24 I ordered a half steak po boy, it was not appetizing at all. I am glad I got the horseradish thing on the side. I feel like that sandwich is missing a whole moment, there was nothing great about it, not the bread, not the meat, nothing! It was just meh! 2/24/24 I online ordered and I believe this to be the year of, "check your order" because the majority of orders I have place this year have been incorrect. Walk On not being the the exception, messed my order up as well. It is clearly on the receipt what I ordered. It wasn't ready when they said it would be. And now it wasn't made correctly. I went to Walk On for y nephew birthday and had the Smoked Gouda Turkey burger and subbed mashed potatoes. I was just gonna eat the patty and the potatoes. I couldn't eat it all. Maybe my salt tolerance is high,but I don't think so, those potatoes have been overly salted everytime I have had them. The turkey burger for the first time tasted overly salted as well. Turkey meat doesn't need that much salt, or how about somewhere seasonings that don't have salt in it.. How about some garlic, or onion powder, lightly seasoned, or a little W sauce? neither do potatoes. PLEASE pullback on the salt!!! I just went to Walk-On for my birthday dinner and I had the Bayou Pasta. It was flavorless. I asked for more sauce in hopes that it would help, but it did not. This dish has the potential to be added to my favorites at this resturant. By no means am I trying to drag this resurant, however Louisiana food has flavor and depth. Add some peppers, sausage, something with some fat and heat. My daughter loved her turkey burger which I have never had a bad turkey burger. The good news, the fried shrimp po boy is better than I had the first time I tried it. The bad news is my waffle fries and the onion strings were salty as heck! Put down the salt, please! The waffle fries were coated with sooo much salt,I could just rub it off and hear it hitting the container! Y'all should taste some of these foods before you send them out,because no one would be pleased with that amount of salt. The onion strings I ordered extra were also too salty, not over seasoned, too salty! Now I have to throw them...

Worst experience I’ve have ever had at a restaurant. Server was Takarai G. We had a party of 7 and we had an hour wait, it didn’t matter that we had to wait though. When we got to our table though, our server was absolutely horrible. She never greeted us and just stood there waiting. Never smiled once and when she went around the table to ask for drinks she stood there waiting for 2 people to say something while they were talking, that didn’t know why she was standing there, could have at least said “what can I get y’all to drink” but she stood there giving them a rude look until I told them to order there drinks. Also one roll of silverware for all 7 of us, and it was dirty too and then since there was no silverware and nobody around to get any for us, one of our friends eat his salmon with his hands, but that one was his choice. She also just gave us our stuff without saying anything and walks off. And she went around the other side to get others drinks and she stood there infront of another two people talking and he turned to her and said “drinks?” And said “yup” bland. That was like that the whole time ordering. She also seemed annoyed when my boyfriend asked for a extra side. We joked about the green beans some of our friends had ordered, they were awful and hard. But the worst thing was that it was my boyfriends 20th birthday and I told the server and she said okay very dryly and seemed annoyed. Two other tables had birthdays and they had big groups of servers singing and giving them big treats with a bunch of whipped cream. She showed up at the end, set the one scoop of ice cream that was melting with a small line of chocolate and a small dot of whip cream and said “here you go” and left. She might of had a bad day from someone else, I get it, it’s fine if she acts a bit off. But she was absolutely rude and didn’t care about our table and treated us bad from the start of our experience. And it could have been she knew she would get 18% tip off of each guest because we were a small party table. Worst experience ever, will never be going back, absolutely...
