Wok N Roll — Restaurant in Warner Robins

This place does have a buffet inside but I'm not sure about the hours that it is open. On my visit there, the buffet wasn't open and I went there at about 8 pm on a Monday evening. So you would just have to call them to check and see what hours their buffet is open. I mean, I seen where a buffet was suppost to be but I don't know, maybe their buffet aint never open. Just would have to call them to check and see if a buffet is what you are looking for to go eat at. But they were pretty good at making our order in a timely manner and getting us in and out fairly quick without us calling in our order. Although I suggest you to call your order in before hand that way you won't have to wait for your order to be cooked. Because I know that we were starving and eventhough they did get us in and out in a fairly timely manner, it feels like forever when you are starving when ya have to wait on your food to be made. Things always just go alot smoother and quicker when you call your order in(take my advice). They gave us a good amount of food and it was great. Just don't forget to ask or get your own sauces because if you don't ask for them then you will not get any. But other than that Wok N Roll is an adequate Chinese place to eat at. After visiting on an off for about 2 years I have decided to leave a review. I waited so long because I like to give myself enough time to experience a place before leaving a review. I will start with the service. Alot goes into the owners making sure we can get our food in a timely manner. While most are sleeping, she is up getting things ready so that she can serve us. They are always friendly and her spirit is wonderful. I have felt this every time visiting. They have the best eggs rolls in this city and that isn't up for debate. Her egg rolls are homemade while alot of restaurants just order them from some place. I always get the honey chicken with fries and an egg roll. There isn't many places you can go and doesnt need to add anything to the food to make it better, this place offer that. I always get the honey sauce on my fries and nothing else is needed. Today was our 1st experience here: -Placed an order thru GrubHub who gave us an ETA of 30-35mins -An hour later I called this location, a female answered, NO greeting or anything just said "what would you like to order" I responded with WELL HELLO HOW ARE YOU! Then preceeded to ask about my order; -When ordering online you have to select if you want silverware, we chose Yes -Did NOT receive silverware 🤬 -Did NOT receive soy sauce or duck sauce 🤬 -Everything we ordered (Fried Rice, Beef & Broccoli, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Egg Roll & Spring Rolls) were TASTELESS!
