I am very upset as a loyal customer of this scooters. I have been going to the scooters since it opened. I go there every day seven days a week same time every night. All the night people know who I am. And I come around like clockwork every night. So when I go to order my drink this evening, I go to pay with the app, and it tells me to update it. So I update the app real quick, Then it tells me to login. When I try and login, it says, please try again later. I always pay with the app because my husband and I only have one debit card so I attach my card to the app and he has the physical card. I tried multiple times and it wouldnāt let me login. They already made the drink because I didnāt have the money on me. They said Iām sorry have a good day. I understand if they donāt know who I am, To be a loyal customer for almost 3 years and the amount of money I spend at that location alone, which is thousands of dollars a year, They couldnāt say oh donāt worry about it just pay us tomorrow. Knowing Iām there every night. I went home and got my debit card from my husband and went to a scooters that was 20 minutes away just so I didnāt go back to this location. Ā Ā Ā Read morevisited this location this morning following a call I made about a wrong order. i asked if i could have the order remade (iced caramelicious), as I had left my name and my phone number with the authority that I spoke to at this location. of course, I know im not entitled to a āfree drinkā by any means, so I said I have no problem paying for the drink. from the get go, I could tell the person taking my order had an attitude. I was very polite and was in good spirits this morning, but they seemed to be in a rush and very short with me despite me being the only one in the drive thru. If you didnāt want to remake my drink for free, you literally could of said so. There's been 1 occasion where my drink was hot instead of iced and they fixed it right there after apologizing ((which it was probably my fault anyway I probably forget to say iced!!)). I went through today (8/1) and they were out of their oat milk. Sad? Yes. But it's out of their control! They were very nice to me since I made an online order and gave me a gift card for the slight upcharge of the oatmilk. Which again, they totally didn't have to do but did out of the kindness of their hearts.
