Worst smoothie in Oklahoma City! It takes a lot to p* me off. I leave LOTS of positive reviews but now must issue a warning.
Let me paint a picture . . .
My wife and I walk in, and the store has only two customers eating their food. No line? Perfect! We mistakenly believe that we will be in and out of here fast.
One employee is sitting at a table enjoying her beverage. Behind the counter are two sluggish employees filling containers and bags to restock. Standing at the register, nobody moves to take our order for a couple of minutes.
We stare at them.
They stare at us but remain motionless. They appear to be trying to wait us out, hoping that we will go away. My wife and I stand firm. We drove here, and now we feel committed.
The employee at the table gets up to take our order. We feel like we are making progress. But after we pay, she returns to enjoying her beverage while NO ONE is preparing our order?!? (Waiting us out again? Game on!)
She returned behind the counter a few minutes later to prepare our order. Now other would-be customers arrived in time for their opportunities to get ignored. She finishes the smoothies and sets them on the counter. Smoothie is dripping down both drinks' sides, yet they are nowhere near filled. We can see whole oats and unground chunk fruit on top of our Tripleberry Oat smoothies.
Want to know what doesn't go through a straw? Whole oats and unground chunk fruit.
We had to toss them as they were undrinkable. This location is a disaster. Management is terrible. The staff is uncaring. And your order will get messed up. But at least they charge more than the other locations...
Read moreThis is the worst TS location I have ever been to. The floors were filthy, even behind the counter. Strawberries, spinach leaves, paper, straws, other things I couldn’t identify - the floor was just nasty. I don’t see how the employers work without slipping and falling in that gross mess.
Speaking of employees, those people do NOT get in a hurry. The kid at the register spent most of his time texting. When it was my turn I had to say, “Excuse me, can I order?” after standing there watching him text for about 30 seconds. He didn’t even seem to care, just sat his phone down and looked at me, waiting on my order. Then, while waiting on my order to be made I saw two other customers come in and get ignored while he finished typing his texts out.
Finally, my smoothie wasn’t even blended thoroughly. I couldn’t drink it while driving because the straw was constantly stopped up. When I got home and took the lid off I realized it was because there were huge chunks of avocado (dime-sized) in my Avocoloda.

Read moreI come here every week because it is a nice healthy place after I get off work before I go to my next thing and stuff tastes great.The staff however are young kids that don’t take initiative or appear to have any work ethic at all. Standing around and taking their time while there are long lines or hiding out in the back. They do not put customers first at all and seem to feel put when helping them. Perhaps someone who is more experienced should be here supervising to teach them how to be more efficient and work together to get customers orders ordered done and out the door rather than trying to get out of more work.Today there are 3 ppl 2 of which I see every single week and 1 is standing there just watching him input orders with a line of 8 ppl and only once he worked through the line did she even start making sandwiches. This is appalling and they tried to talk me out of ordering my food because it would take them 15 minutes or longer. I can imagine this is the standard a business would have for...
