They did it again. I called and ordered the chop salad insisting on dressing on the side. They assured me that’s how they ALWAYS do it. Picked up salad. It was a soggy mess. I called and they admitted it had a little dressing on it so it would not be dry and their solution was to have me drive BACK to the restaurant for another salad. I am done with Brasa. What a shame.

——- I hope this feedback reaches the right person. I order the brasa chopped salad often in the restaurant and also for takeout. No matter how much I stress to please put the dressing on the side because it makes the salad super soggy, they keep putting it in. Today I ordered to go and I specifically stressed to the girl on the phone please please put the dressing on the side because it ruins the salad otherwise. She said ok. I get home and sure enough they gave me a small dressing container. I start eating the salad… it’s DRENCHED in dressing!!! Soggy and inedible. I called back and I got the “do you want us to make another one?” I’m working I don’t have time to go get another salad. Not only did I love the atmosphere and the service, the food was a delightful surprise! My unsweetened ice tea was delicious and tasted homemade. Then I enjoyed their homemade chicken tortilla soup, which came with a few very big chunks of chicken. This was definitely an enjoyable treat and I could taste the seasonings that went into this soup. My entree was a Bahn Mi sandwich that was absolutely delicious!! The chicken was seasoned perfectly and all of the toppings were fresh, so the greens that were added really enhanced the flavors! Their French fries, that came with the sandwich, were so crispy and flavorful, I could have eaten those all day!!
