My girlfriend and I decided to try this place out late on Friday night. After 8 oclock. Read some poor reviews about service. But ultimately i saw alot of favorable reviews, so went in. There was a guy standing at the greeting station as we walked in. He clearly saw us walking in. Walked away towards the bar for a second. Then looked directly at us. Paused as if he considered greeting us. Then walked away to a table he was clearly the server for. Stood there for about 5 minutes before a woman server greeted us. I asked if we could sit in a booth. "I could see booths open" she said there are no booths open. I work in the hospitality industry. I have worked as a server for years. I could clearly tell exactly what was going on. The servers are picking and choosing who they want to serve. And if your section doesn't have any booths open. She is telling the customer there are none. Hence causing the establishment to lose a customer. Rather then allow another server to sit them in their section. Its like the wild west. Their servers do whatever they want. They can care less about what is best for the owner and restaurant. Just like the other 4 restaurants that opened in this same location. This place will close. I doubt they even have a manager. Save your time and money and go...

My favorite Mexican restaurant is El Tapatío but, my daughters decided they wanted to try Añejo Mexican Restaurant for the first time after seen a video on social media, and it didn't disappoint! Service was great, they were very attentive and friendly, food came out quick, we were there a few minutes after they opened on. Saturday. The food was really good.! I had the Mexican flautas, I believe one of my daughters had the Tacos al Pastor, and the other had Tacos de Barbacoa. We also had the corn ribs as appetizer (no photos, sorry). Daughters had a red sangria and a margarita. The Prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area. We'll...

Good food. Absolute worst service I've had in many years. Julio got lost for over 30 minutes, twice. Had to go to the bar to get a drink. Took 10 minutes to get the drink from the bar and several minutes to get my change back. Had a To-Go order with my meal. Julio brought back 2 checks instead of one and forgot to give us part of the order. Shouldn't have even tipped the server, Julio. He shouldn't be on the floor. Ruined our experience and they still owe us the food they charged but never gave. Julio sucks, but servers are a reflection of the restaurant. Not sure if I should have given them...

Photos of beautiful clean restroom. Everything is brand new and clean and there is beautiful art work/paintings AND the food was so fresh! Atmosphere is definitely upscale, this is NOT your typical "Mexican food" place. I got the fish tacos-tons of fresh mango chunks and quality white fish..I forgot to ask what kind it was but hubs thought mahi mahi. The salsa is soooo fresh and yummy and he brought us out a 2nd basket of chips and sent us home with nice white paper bag for the chips and a container for the salsa..idk why I was so impressed by that nice touch. And one of the most beautiful bathrooms.
