I understand that kids need jobs but each time I go there its totally unorganized and the service is slow. I have never seen an adult manager there. Many times my orders are not made correctly. Peanut Buster parfaits should have chocolate and nuts in the middle. Prices have gone up and service and quality have gone down. We kept giving it a try hoping it was just a one or two time thing but it's not. We stopped going. Follow up to the DQ Response: We just went through the drive thru (10-6-2023) and got two peanut buster parfaits. All I can say is unreal. They are worse than last time! Almost no hot fudge or peanuts in either one. The quality at this location has to be the worst I have ever seen. We will NEVER go back!

Ordered their mixing bowl Mashup in large. The first 25% of the cup was what was ordered, chocolate ice cream, cookie dough, and I added butterfinger. Everything underneath that, everything you can't see immediately upon inspection, was straight vanilla ice cream with nothing in it. Having used to be in food service, I understand mistakes and oopses. I dont know how you oops this. It was clearly intentional and someone probably thought it was hilarious. Didn't contact them to see if they would make it right. Not sure why they would if this is how they are willing to "treat" you. DQ has too many competitors that serve a high quality product in our area to have employees that think they are cute.

2 weeks ago had purchased 2 chicken dinners and 2 milkshakes. On way out to my car, the drink carrier split in half. Both shakes to ground!!!!!. Very cheap carriers!!!!!! Then tonight , went back down and ordered 2 chicken dinners, one with onion rings and one with fries. Got home and both were with fries. Called down and informed Madison. No , I was not going back down to get the onion rings. THE ORDER SHOULD BE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. All I can say is since Janet left , the place has gone down hill. Like other ones have expressed, the dairy Queen treats are NEVER made the way the picture shows ex, peanut bustard parfait!!!!!!. Also, never I have seen a manager!!!!
