Beyond Juicery + Eatery — Restaurant in Warren

I came here for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Was amazing! First time trying a smoothie from them and it was so delicious. I also got my usual wrap I get from a different location. I decided to go there a few days later with my boyfriend so he can try the smoothie as well. We had ordered inside and ordered 2 of the same smoothies. A worker called out our order but only gave us one smoothie. We told her we had two and she was confused. Someone else came to help and I guess she gave the other smoothie to an online order that wasn’t even here. She just set it to the side telling her coworker that she didn’t miss a drink, yet she did. She also didn’t even care to figure out where our other drink went. When we received our drinks, it was pretty watery and tasted like all banana. Did not taste anything like how it did the first time I got it. I was upset and my boyfriend went to ask for a replacement. They were kind enough to remake our drinks, but sadly they still did not taste the same as when I got them the first time. Upsetting due to the fact that this location is the closest to me. I usually still like to give places the benefit of the doubt and try them again even after one mistake, but I honestly can’t overlook this and risk spending 15$ on a smoothie that may not even taste how it is supposed to. Storytime...first I love Beyond Juicery secondly, I tried BlueMood Rush for the first time. My normal is the Island or Acai Surge. I followed my gut and tried it. Upon arriving to work, my mood was pleasant and I encountered an unfortunate verbal assault from my manager..very petty..power trip petty..and when I tell you BlueMood Rush SAVED THE DAY. I was taken off guard by this misunderstanding that had me in the office after working 3 and half hours without my first break yearning for a cigarette and the rest of my smoothie... When I tell you my nerves were steady, I had clarity in defending myself against a bully and my calm was anchored. So, I really enjoyed the açaí bowls from here. But I’ve noticed the first 3 times I got the açaí bowl was filled to the top. The last two times I went, it was barely filled half way. And the difference was the 3 times that was filled full to the top was males that was working. The 2 times it being filled not even half, was a female working. I’m Not sure who’s making the açaí bowls, but paying over $13 for an açaí bowl it should be filled to the top. That’s why I was coming back. I would like to get my Moneys worth.
