Chloe's Creamery — Restaurant in Warren

The ice cream flavor was definitely delicious—no complaints there. However, I paid over $8 for a very small milkshake that was actually shorter than a 5oz hot sauce bottle (see pic). On top of that, it had the consistency of chocolate milk, not a proper thick milkshake.

I asked if it could be made thicker, and the staff member—a polite and kind blonde young woman—did her best with a new mix. Unfortunately, it still didn't come out right and remained more like chocolate milk. I took it and hoped for the best .lol

I’d happily pay $20 for a properly portioned, rich, thick chocolate milkshake—but that’s the key: it has to be a milkshake, not chocolate milk.

That said, the storefront is very clean and pleasant, with nice seating both indoors and outside in a lively, social area. The customer service was friendly and understanding, which I appreciated.

C’mon no business gets 5 stars, but Chloe’s creamery most certainly deserves it. I’m not a ice cream person, so why would I need to go in there? One day I had to grab something out of the basement and noticed they had Ice Cream Flights. How fun is that. A great way to taste different flavors. I’m hooked! Started to be once a month I grabbed a flight to take home and now it’s about once a week. My three top flavors so far (and I don’t believe they are sold by name brands. Red Velvet, Magic Marshmallow, and cake batter. Ice cream is made on site and it’s supposed to be healthier than the store bought ice...

This is a wonderful spot to visit. I need to eat gluten free for medical reasons, and Chloe's was a gem! There was a great variety of gluten free pastries and over half of the ice cream was gluten free as well! They even had some dairy free options. Ice cream with nuts were clearly labeled too! Those who must live with restricted diets understand how tiring it can be to constantly search, alert, and ask about safe food options and this place was like a safe haven. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back next time we are in Warren!
