Ordered a curbside order that was supposed to be done at 5:35 PM. I pull up at 5:56. Tell the app I'm there and park right outside the widow as usual. I then proceed to watch the girl working do an inside order from start to finish, taking 15 minutes to finish it. Another women had walked in during the order so I figure that she's going to walk the stuff out first. She starts the other women's order! I had my 8 yr old son in the car with me, hungry and begging for us to just go it to see what's going on. So I walk in (a 3rd women had walked infront of us) The girl doesn't acknowledge that anyone walked in. I stood there for another 5 minutes while she finished the 2nd order. Then she goes to start the 3rd women's order (not knowing I was her curbside order) she would have continued taking inside orders if I had not come in! I am disabled from a car accident and I had a young child with me. If it was easy for me to go in I would have. I stop her and said we were the curbside. She (with an attitude) goes "oh its up there". My order had been sitting on the carry out rack for the entire 20 minutes it's common sense, if the curbside pulls up, you tell the inside person you'll be right back. I say to her that we had been outside for 15 minutes. She goes "well I was busy with customers" and proceeds to start talking to the other customer. I point out that I watched the 2nd women walk in a good 10 minutes after I pulled up and the girl just ignores me. Our drinks weren't there. So I state that we had drinks. She ignored me. So I just walked up and grabbed our cups. I stood there filling up our cups and the girl proceeds to say nothing. I worked in customer service and whenever a customer was even slightly inconvenienced we offered them a small free item or something. Nothing but attitude. I asked her for her managers name and she rolled her eyes, didn't even look at me. Mia or Nia. I couldn't hear the girls name well under the mumbled attitude. Read moreI had a coupon for buy on get one 12 inch subs. I ordered a sub and a sweet onion chicken salad. When I was at the register I was told I couldn't use the coupon bc it's only for two subs. I said thats my fault but I assumed since the salad is cheaper it wouldn't make a difference. I was told it does. I explained it's the exact same items I would get on the sub but it's in a bowl and I'm not getting bread. The employee replied even though it's cheaper it has to be a sub. I'm laughing at the stupidity behind this and told the employee that I no longer wanted the salad. I only ordered it bc I thought I was free with the coupon. She looked very confused but then proceeded to throw the already made salad into the trash. Yeah, instead of honoring the coupon the employee decided it was better to throw away the food. Read moreI visited this location on 8/13/18 at approximately 8:15pm. I have never left a review for any service in my lifetime but I had to write a review tonight. I have to say my girlfriend and I were absolutely appalled as this was the first time I can ever remember that employees at a Subway location didn't even acknowledge us entering the store or wouldn't even say "can I help you". Just absolute total silence they would rather we just leave. I stayed nonetheless and placed an order which I initiated. After I paid for a footlong Tuna sandwich the sales clerk/cashier refused to even offer a thank you. I will NEVER visit this location again and will advise my friends and family to do the same.
