This Review just totally wrote itself and you can't just make this up.
Simple order of getting two $7 combo boxes. One burrito was ordered with no bean. Waited 2:14 until I was acknowledged by drive thru cashier who I paid using a $50 bill. She walks back from the drive thru register with a $5 bill and change. I told her "I gave you a fifty dollar bill" she then decides to argue with me and blatantly says "you gave me a $20" I again fired back "I gave you a $50 bill". The cashier in her aha moment saw her error and my $50 bill sitting in her till. Some other lady personal from the back heard the escalation and since the original cashier decides to toss her hands in the air and just shake her hair like I wasn't important enough for her mess up to stand up to her fault and apologize to me, the second lady decides to figure out the change I should receive. I knew it was going to be a issue becaus now she pulls out her cell phone to use the calculator on it to figure it out Instead of maybe grabbing the receipt on the front counter, look at the transaction amount and subtract $50 from it. But nope that would require extra effort.
And to make things worse, my burrito hand written with the words "no beans" had guess what?? it had beans in it!! Thank God I'm not as severely allergic to beans as some people.
I don't recommend this taco bell at all. If you can't tell the difference between a $50 and a $20 and you're working drive thru?? Corporate should pull you off or maybe the district manager should.
if I could rate it - 5 stars just for the little $20/$50 arguement I would. How rude to raise a tone of voice to a customer who was not at fault.
Plenty of other Taco Bells in the area and maybe they actually can tell currency...
Read moreUsually when I go in they're very friendly and the service is good. I went in orderd my food. For the most part everything was good orderd and paid at the kiosk. Got my food. The potatoes were old for my Fiesta bowl. I payed for the three cheese to be added and they forgot the nacho cheese. Wasn't gonna complain. I asked for no sour cream on my double chicken burrito. So I went up and the lady asked for my recipe and was rather rude. And said it didn't come up on their screen as that. I told her I used the kiosk and didn't get one.( Normally I don't need one normally they're spot on) instead of being like okay there was an error somthing in the system. Which I've worked at a taco bell before . She kept at it about how I was in the wrong and everything told me she would make a new one but next time have a recipient. Which is fine I told her I understood I've worked in customer service and she was just over all rude about it and had attitude towards others that walked in towards the end of my dine in experience. Other than the lady and the Fiesta potatoes my food was great. They don't even know about the potato order being old because I was just like what ever on it. Read moreAbout 8:35p.m. July 19,2022 I attempted to go in the dining room to place a carry out order, online said it was open the door itself was open upon entering the building I was rudely greeted by a female with a terrible attitude saying "no one should be in there and that she isn't taking anyone on the inside." Although I had a repelling first encounter I still went thru the drive thru to place a order. I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes before a lady said excuse me it's going to be a while another 5 minutes go by before she returns to take my order. I place my order wait in line until it's my turn for window service only to be told the beverage I asked for is unavailable. I make a new selection, pay for the food and continue to wait on my order. Get the food, check the bag for accuracy notice they only have fire sauce in the bag wait a few minutes and tap the horn to get someone back to the window so I can ask for some mild sauce the same woman who had the bad attitude said "we only have fire and diablo" don't you think that's something you may want to tell people before they order my 6yr old kid doesn't eat spicy food.
