We were so happy to see Vivio's open up on 12 Mile, because we love the Eastern Market that I gave a 5 star rating. This place was horrible from just walking in the music was so loud we could not talk I looked to see if this hole in the wall place had a dance floor all the table were empty we sat at the bar I love Vivio's muffaletta sandwich but the 12 mile location doesn't offer it, so I ordered the Italian club. It came out with 2 inches of bread along with tasteless meat and mayonnaise that does not belong on an Italian sandwich. Both our dinners came with uneatable old very burnt potato chips, I asked our barmaid if this is what you always serve I told her nicely they taste like burnt rubber. Her answer, yes and she got mad at me and had a bad attitude from then on. Even the guy that brought out our dinners looked like someone just shot his dog he put the plates down and turned away not saying anything. At the Eastern Market restaurant the staff could not be happier and are so friendly with super fast service we love it there, on our next visit I will talk to them about this lost outpost. The workers on 12 Mile will all be needing hearing aids at a very young age so maybe that will teach them a lesson. THE OWNER NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THIS PLACE AND WHY THE EAR BREAKING LOUD MUSIC WE COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS PLACE SO SAD HAVING...
Read moreExcellent place great food and atmosphere, was really busy. 4 beers and an Italian club sandwich with tots and a pickle was $28. The other sandwich is a turkey spinach panini with fries. Update 10/15/22 went again to try the pierogi pizza and well, shouldn't have. It was very bland no flavor at all it was like a plain potato pierogi Pizza, I mean it does stay true to its name but just needed some flavor. It had the beer braised onions on it but they weren't very flavorful at all they needed salt and pepper maybe some garlic green onion instead of the beer braised onions fresh green onion. Just didn't do it for me had one slice. Their queso dip was good, pretty simple it's like beef and cheese with a descent flavor. The chips are really hard I thought they were stale at first but they are just really hard chips I guess, be careful eating them. Was not as affordable this time as a craft beer on tap was like $7.50 or $7.25 depending what you get. I know they don't pay that much for those kegs crazy the price of a glass of beer nowadays especially at a place like this where the service was slower, I believe they only had two servers for the whole place. Definitely had to order another beer when they were only half gone. Even their Miller lite is $5 a glass here. Not cool won't be back...
Read moreHere again is a situation where 1/2 star ratings would be helpful. I would say 4.5 stars would be more accurate here but giving 4 stars brings down their overall score and that wouldn't reflect accurately on their restaurant. All of that aside, the food was excellent. We had the boneless wings appetizer, a buffalo chicken sandwich, and a burger. All three were well above average. We have had their traditional wings before as well and those are also very good. I don't think that we have had a disappointing meal here. The service was a little bit slow but very friendly. Also, this was not the fault of the server as she was the one covering the bar and all of the tables (6 or 7 occupied tables). She was working very hard to cover everyone. I got the feeling that it usually isn't that busy at that time of day (about 2 pm on a weekday). It was in-between what would normally be the lull between lunch and dinner. Ultimately, I would...
