Subway — Restaurant in Warrensville Heights

I typically have good service when Hasan is not there. Went in today and Hasan was so rude. I placed an online order but apparently this location does not participate in the buy 2 footlongs get 1 free but I placed my order anyways. Went in to pick it up and Hasan was there. He said they didnt have bread for my order so I asked him to just cancel it. He then rolled his eyes at me and said I have to cancel from my app but I couldn't because the order was already confirmed. I tried to explain this but he shouted and said he couldnt help me and began to take the person behind me order. The Health Department needs to be called immediately!! I went to order a dipper and the lady put on gloves. She made the dipper fine but when it came time to check out she took her glove off and blew her nose. Without washing her hands or putting on new glove she reached toward my dipper to put it in the bag. I said excuse me you need to was your hand and put new gloves before you touch my food. She said that I blew my nose with a paper towel and nothing got on my hands. I was in shock and so discussed about her thought process (You blow your nose and without washing your hands you touch a customer’s food) OMG! Isn't it against health department laws to NOT have fully a minimum of 1 functional public restroom for any and all food service restraunts, particularly sit down, dine in? I'll query Health Dept. next for their opinion. Best thing was employee simply stayed so matter of factly when asked if they had a restroom " no ma'am we don't." BUT took the time to put her own safety at risk by opening the service door and leaving it open to " cover," or hide the restroom doors behind it.
