Worst Customer Service I have experienced! Despite 4 or more employees being in the area near the registers nobody was willing to ring up my merchandise. I asked which register was open and was told "they all are but we are trying to take care of layaways" I asked what line I could get in to pay for my items and was told that they didn't know. Another customer asked the same question and was told " register 4 should be open but I have know idea where the cashier is" I asked if I would be able to pay for my things at register 4 & received no response. I then put the items I was going to purchase down and left the store. I would rather pay a little more than to be subjected to such horrible...
Read moreStore was clean and organized. The lines were long , but moved fast. The only thing I had to complain about was the cashier licking her fingers everytime she had to open a bag. I wonder did she know how nasty that actually is. It's like putting her spit all over the the customers merchandise. She had to handle money and merchandise . The germs that lady put into her mouth and her germs she passed along to the customers was unbelievable. Her spit was on my bags when I touched them 😩 . Why doesn't the store supply the cashier's with some kind of product to moisten there fingers so that they can open the bags without putting there saliva on the bags and the customers...
Read moreI’ve have been in customer service for over 40yrs and I can tell you that this store needs a over haul on staff replacement (with exception of the 2 Ms.Annette’s)District Management need to come and explore the staff first themselves.so,they can see how terrible and unprofessional the cashiers and head cashier that (Sonya) are to customers.Sonya should be a example to the staff that she’s over.however she’s just the opposite.I have experienced her hateful attitude numerous times...which not a good LOOK for this Store or business.
