Citi Trends — Local services in North Randall

I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Items are all over the place, and racks can be quite chaotic. In order to find a track suit set, you have to piece together separates on two different sides of rack. While a lot of merchandise is thrown here and there, with a little sorting on kinds of products, selection is great! I found a lot of what I was looking for! Fitting rooms could use a good sweeping and dusting. Wish there was more of a shoe selection. Also, even though it's the Christmas holiday and I'm sure music playlist was changed, I spent about 40 minutes in the store and heard various covers of "This Christmas" about 7 different times...yikes lol more variety please. The staff, 3 ppl, made no attempts to be friendly, or helpful. I approached a female and male employee about removing a sensor, I obviously interrupted the conversation And neither attempted to moderate their foul language or their lack of interest in customer service. The young woman running the register was not friendly and for the most part balled up my two bags of clothing. Will avoid this location...
