McDonald's - Warrenton — Restaurant in Warrenton

Workers did not listen clearly to our order after multiple times of repeating it. We got a wrong order multiple times, and our server TOLD US about how he was getting yelled at for messing up our order multiple times. They charged us a bit more than usual ($10 more), and we kept having to ask for our order to be fixed, as people in the vehicles behind us complained and shouted at us for a mistake a worker made. I understand that the situation of COVID-19 has made some people stressed out, but we used precaution and calmly asked for our order to be fixed, even after being charged extra. Whenever we finally got our food, it was a bit cold, and my drink was sloppily done, along with being partially empty. I don't completely blame the worker, but there was some serious miscommunication going on that needs to be worked on - along with more freshly made food.

Edit: I was also given soda/pop, when I very clearly didn't order it. I haven't had soda/pop in...

Where to start. First off we ordered 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches along with an order of chicken nuggets and fries. We went to the window and the boy working it gave us two drinks and than told us to have a good day and closed the window. After stopping him and saying we're still missing most of our order he looks at us like we're crazy. Does a bit of checking and comes back with a bag of food and tries sending us on our way. Thankfully we checked before driving off because we were still missing food. A burger and large fries. After telling them again food was missing they got it and we were finally on our way. Which would be fine except our large fries was definitely not a full order. Fries were just quickly dumped in a container, put in a bag and shoved to us. Ordered 2 Lg Lattes with Vanilla and asked for full cups even if I had to pay more for the extra 2oz of milk. Heather, the brilliant Manager? made the wrong size and then wanted to argue about me wanting full cups. Tried to educate me that the "machines" make them. I had to re-educate her that she is a Human, making the lattes, and making herself look uneducated arguing over 2oz's of milk! If you dont like your job, leave. We go to McD's for easy fast service not to be given bad service by trashy employees. Funny thing is, they gave me the 2 lattes, for free, that were made wrong for enduring their Managers nasty attitude. If she had a brain, she'd have her staff charge for extra milk, make them correctly, and let us be happily on our way. Stupid is as Stupid does.
