I come into this Starbucks almost everyday after my lunch break, and bring my dog with me. I order online and wait until my phone says the order is “Ready To Go”, so I can walk myself and Millie to the counter, have my dog sit while I grab my drink and then we leave. My dog is trained to not pay attention to anyone, and she remains calm and sits at the counter as I grab my drink.
Today I had an older female worker tell me I can’t have my dog inside, as it’s a health and safety risk. She continued to tell me to leave, and I explained that I ordered my drink 15 minutes ago and it still wasn’t ready, so please bring that and I will gladly wait outside.
My complaint isn’t really regarding the staff as I enjoy this location and don’t really have many issues, but the service time on orders has been extremely slow over the past month. If I order something ahead of time, I don’t expect to wait 15 minutes.
Side note regarding my dog: I gladly won’t bring her again, and will likely stop coming as frequently due to her not being allowed. But I don’t entirely understand the difference between a service animal and a well trained dog when it comes to “health and safety risk”. Neither of them are bothering or focused on anyone besides a potential pup cup.

Read moreOutside is trash, a lady just cleaned up by the drive thru who doesn't work there. The garbage is almost full. I got a passion tea lemonade and they tried to tell me I couldn't get lemonade with a refill. I wasn't about to sit there and argue but I've been to lots of starbucks, multiple times and always got free lemonade too. It's outrageously priced to start with. You're starbucks for crying out loud, you could charge $1 for every drink and still make millions of dollars. $4 for damn tea is ridiculous. I like starbucks yes but not as a company. I could make tons of tea with lemonade for way cheaper than what they charge for one. I get you need to make money but geez. Also you could at least hire nicer people. They weren't totally awful..but could...
Read moreCoffee was fine, but I asked "please no stopper." I got a stopper. I told her my reason...unnecessary plastic in landfills, oceans, in turtle's noses and bird's stomach. I know each store does their own thing, but I suggested that they make it policy to ask customers first. She was very nice and understanding, and went to put the stopper in their recycle bin...which was so sweet I didn't have the heart to tell her it's probably not recyclable. Anyway, the main problem isn't this store per se, but Starbucks' lack of global responsibility. Get the plastic out of paper cups, stop using plastic for water and fancy drinks, and get rid of the...
