Great atmosphere, but quite possibly the least friendly bartenders I've encountered in a long time. I was in town for the weekend, staying at the connected hotel. Both nights in ordered food from the restaurant, the staff was great, fast service, very good food. Moved on to the bar and it was busy, but not ridiculously so. Three bartenders working. I sat at the bar, made eye contact many times. The bartender completely ignored me, served four others who came up after me. Finally she came and asked what I wanted, not friendly at all, acted like I was bothering her by asking for a beer. Typical sports bar atmosphere and menu. Good food, but nothing outstanding. Have to order food at take-out window before going into bar, no at-table food service. Bar service was at-table once inside. Easy access off highway. We were on motorcycle trip and came in chilled, foyer was warm, but A/C was cranked in bar and too cold, and huge air distribution tubes overhead made it impossible to find spot not blowing cold air. Nice and bright inside. Nice enough place to stop for a quick lunch or a beer. Fair selection of beer on tap, or in cans/bottles. Got the juicy Lucy with waffle and sauce. I don't think the burger could have fed an average sized kid. Service was not very good as they only came once to bring me the food and never anything else. Actually I had to go to the counter to pay my bill. Others were served before me after I got there including a big group that was here visiting a Martin company in town.
