So let me tell you... I worked all day at the Warsaw pavilion giving COVID vaccine shots. My sister lives in Warsaw so I stopped over after work. I bought everyone pizza from here. I ordered online. I ordered 2 extra large pizzas, 2 marinara sauces, and 2 garlic sauces. All the sauces never came btw. I signed up for text message notifications when the pizza was getting close to being delivered. Now, I did leave a special delivery note saying “ drop it like it’s hot at the front door” lol. My mistake. I should have been specific and said please ring the right doorbell. I’m sitting and waiting and waiting. No pizza..okay. I go to the front porch and look and I guess the delivery person really did drop it like it’s hot and left. I mean he rang a doorbell that’s for the upstairs of my sisters house. Which we looked at the security camera and saw that. But didn’t knock or try to make sure we got our pizza. So as you can assume the pizza was cold. I brought it in and called the store. I asked for the supervisor and explained that I hadn’t received any text messages. He was nice and considerate. He did laugh at my special note, so I appreciate that. LOL. NOW HERES MY MISTAKE EVERYONE. TAKE NOTE!! I tipped him on my debit card. So he had already received his tip. So why on god green earth would he actually ensure my pizza wasn’t just sitting out there, right? My advice is tip with cash so they actually stand outside and wait bc you know they will for that tip. The supervisor was ever so gracious and allowed me to have a credit of $15 for the $44 I spent on the pizzas. (Sarcasm) it’s not the fact that I lost money here bc no kids or adults wants to eat some thin cold pizza... my issue is where is the quality service? Care a bit more and take a little pride in your job. No matter what job you have, do it with pride. Do your best always. Leave customers having good experiences. A good experience and kindness is hard to find these days but, with just a tiny bit of effort it’s possible to be that person who makes you smile and makes the company look good too. I understand maybe he is working a lot and overworked? But aren’t we all these days? But what do I know, I’m the one who ate cold pizza after I ranted...
Read moreWe have loved this Domino's for quite some time. We love the improvements they have done and the pan pizza is an absolute fav. My family & I were having a great evening and didn't want to fuss with dinner so I ordered on the app to get our points. App said pizza was ready so husband went to go grab it, as it's just down the street from us. He called me and I was shocked. Firstly, Domino's told him they hadn't even put the pizza in the oven yet!!! How do mark it as done on the app but not even have it in the oven? Interesting because then when my husband tried to pay, they told him they couldn't take a hundred dollar bill. Now, this was a $45 order... They don't have $55 in change? They refused to take it. I have read that Domino's doesn't take them because of counterfeits (which is avoidable with those pens), and that it can mess with cash flow and take all the bills from the register. Seemed odd to me, since they hadn't made the pizza, anyways. It was already 8pm at night and it left us scrambling to find a quick meal everyone could agree on. We ended up calling Papa Johns and inquiring about the hundred dollar bill and they made our pizza quickly and broke the hundred for my husband, who turned around and tipped them with the change they made for us. Weird thing to lose a sell on. It should be on the app and noted everywhere possible that they don't take large bills. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. We won't be back. Can't have another fiasco like that again. I can't give 1 star because the food is usually good, fast, easy and yummy. This seemed like an avoidable thing and...

I've ordered about three pizzas over the past three years (about once a year) at the Dominos Warsaw, Indiana location. -- All three tries gave me pizza crusts with raw, unbaked dough in the center.
I don't think that there is a problem with the ovens. -- If there is, it doesn't explain why pizzas are sold at earlier hours of the store's operation and they remain in business. -- Perhaps, management/owners should investigate why the food quality declines for their Domino's Pizza location as it becomes later in the day?
The franchise's quality appears to be inconsistent due to who may own what store and the people they hire to operate them. I have had three failed attempts, instead of just one, at ordering pizza at Dominoes' in Warsaw, Indiana.
I couldn't find any other pizza place in town that is open for business after 10:00 pm. It's been a swing and a miss for me three separate times. I'm done being disappointed with the Domino's in Warsaw, Indiana.-- But, if I'm ever hungry for a doughy pie with tomato sauce, I know just...
