Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Warsaw

unusual for us to eat at the "Hut" on a Friday night. Not extremely busy at 9:45 when we arrived with another couple. Waitress took our order at 10:02 and we received the check at 10:04, and our drinks at 10:10. Salad bar looked like a war zone but I ate a plate while waiting for the rest of our food to arrive. At 10:25 we flagged an employee down and asked them to please check on our order. The table beside us remarked that they had seen our order sitting behind the cashier while they were waiting to be seated. They had yet to be recognized by a waitress to at least get them drink or take their order. Finally after going to the front desk they brought us our "stone cold" pizza and bread sticks at 10:50. We return the medium pepperoni and cheesy bread sticks to the front and asked them if they would kindly warm them up a bit. They returned them to us at 11:10 with no change. We got to meet a lot of people that night who were floating with us in the same boat. It actually became quite a joke amongst all of us. We paid the full Bill and warmed the meal up Saturday morning for breakfast. The Manager offered to "make it right", he had mumbled some excuses but all we were looking...

This Pizza Hut has gone down hill for the past few years. There is not enough help, no one to seat people when they come in, tables not cleaned until they just don't have a choice, near impossible to find a waitress once you have placed your order. The pizza is ok. Not taking the time to make sure they have the correct toppings on them. Just a lack of any care by the entire staff. This includes the management. Multiple families waiting to be seated, he just looked at us and seemed to ignore the fact that people were waiting. The past manager would have dropped what he was doing and made sure everyone got seated. He would have also made sure he had the staffing needed to deal with a crowd on Buffett night. We used to come to this Pizza Hut 3-4 times a month. Now we are lucky to come every 3-4 months. Just not managed well. Poor service. Not able to keep up with Buffett. Just too bad. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Management is a joke. Punish or fire the delivery people who do not do their job. Other delivery people who actually oil dough pans, fold boxes, breadsticks, clean, etc. should not be punished for other workers who do not pull their weight. You got people who come in late and want to leave early. You got people who don't want to put in their availability, instead, they say they're going to work 3pm-6pm or something without having their shift covered. When they do work, they don't do any side work they're supposed to be doing. The night manager, who is typically young, is mainly left by themselves at night because no one wants to stay over and help them close the restaurant. It is the entitlement and lack of human decency.
