I am disgusted with my first time at any Bajas. I got a rice and bean bowl and no beans. There is no option online that says the toppings since my fiancee wants most of them. All I want is meat, rice, beans, and cheese and I got no beans. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I did ask for help from the worker but didn't feel like I got the help I needed. I felt rushed. I don't know why I even gave a tip for this service.
I gave Bajas a 2nd chance and I got my beans. I asked what are the meat options like Steak, pulled pork, and chicken the guy just assumed I wanted all that.
Third Visit I got the same bowl as the 2nd Visit and the price was different. Anyway, I had a reward that was taken off the price at the end too. I tried the Oreo pie on this visit. I was given used by Pie 11/6 on 11/7. I ate it before I noticed. It was nothing to write home about.
I sound like a hater but here are the positives. The food is fresh and tastes good. The portion is really good too. It's better than Chipotle.

Read moreThis one is not like the other ones yet. I hope it changes. But they do not have flavors down yet. I know it sounds odd because you would think they would all use the same recipes. But this one does not have the flavors down yet. The chicken is drier here. Might be because it's slower so it doesn't move as much as like a Reservoir Ave one. The flavors are a tad off. It does not taste as authentic or fresh. The pico is not balanced correctly. I have a good feeling they'll get it right. This company has done wonders with its establishment. They are my favorite go to Mexican fast food now. I hope in time they get it to be like Reservoir Ave. Reservoir Ave is on point every time. And their workers just know just about everything including your orders. You feel like a regular there. Looking fwd to big things Bajas number 9....
Read moreWe used to frequent one of the locations on Thayer St. Let me tell you, it was the place we missed most after moving out of the neighborhood. We were thrilled when we we heard they were opening a location in Warwick. We went tonight and it was as great as I remember. It's all about the toppings. THAT is what makes this place so great. So many, so good and they are not stingy with them. If you don't try any of the fresh pico, corn salsa, guacamole, cotija, pickled onions, sauces etc; you're missing out. I don't recommend ordering online at first. Go in and check it out. See how fresh and tasty everything looks. In my experience at their other locations they can get very busy. That's because they're good. These people have it down though. Even when it's super busy the line...
