Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick

I'd rate the food but I couldn't tell ya. We waited 45 minutes (70 minutes if you include the line prior to order) and never saw it. We only ordered food and had to leave it to catch our flight after we already paid... 45 minutes earlier.

Despite being aggravated because it took 45 minutes (and a lady who ordered after got served first with a more complicated order than the 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps with an order of hash browns and egg white bites), I actually felt bad for the 1 cook they had making food for 1,374 people standing in line with us. 4 people there. 1 chanting numbers. 1 loading 1 oven with 1 tray for 1,113 food orders. 1 guy relentlessly assembling all food. And then 1 person playing Starbucks barista just trying to survive her life.

I thought my life sucked in that moment... and then saw that the Dunkin staff life sucked so much more. I had cancer patient type sympathy for this staff. Awful. At least I got to fly away to a tropical destination. Those poor 4 people need to go home and contemplate what hard alcohol they are going to wipe their memory clean with to attempt to return to the 9th circle of hell they call work each day. Dunkin should be ashamed. I don't even know how they could smile to be pleasant while taking our order. Poor souls.

PS - I'm starving, hangry, and writing this while in mid-air because I did not get my food. Inflight...

I fly out of PVD a lot, and most of my flights are in the morning before 8am. So, Dunkin is a natural stop for a quick bite before boarding. However, no matter how early I am, they never have eggs! I ordered at the kiosk today and it said they had eggs, so I excitedly ordered an egg and cheese croissant only to be told when I was receiving my order that they were out of eggs and that my option was to swap a bagel... A bagel for $7!! They didn't offer to refund the croissant I paid for, just to replace it with an inferior product, which only had cream cheese on one side to boot! How are there no eggs at 7am?! What's next, sold out of donuts by 8am?

Sorry, but this isn't my Dunkin. I'll build extra time into my mornings to stop before the airport from now on, because this pattern is consistent here at the PVD Dunkin. Too bad, because I'm a southerner and I love me...

I would give zero stars if I could. The line wrapped around the DD airport store wasn't because of the volume of people, simply put, the staff at this location have no sense of urgency. Poor time managment and lack of team work. There were three staff assigned at this location and only one if them took orders while the other two engaged in personal conversations or tasks in lieu of jumping in and logging on to the second register to assist customers. Customers were getting so angry that they started leaving the order line, while a few others even walked away from thier paid order. Thankfully for me, my flight wasn't leaving right away so I had an hour to spare. What's worse, when I received my wrap, the egg was warm but the wrap itself was still frozen. It was disgusting and certainly a means to get someone really sick. .....
