Culver’s — Restaurant in Washington Charter Township

We have been to Culver’s now 5 times, they have only been open in our town for 2 months. This is the first time I’ve felt I’ve needed to give a review for any place……..every single time we have been here there is always a problem, wrong food delivered to car, mistakes with our orders, ice cream being given at window and waiting for over 1/2 hour for our food as we watched our ice cream turn to liquid, I’ve called and even personally spoken with the owner nicely about the issues we’ve encountered. Today my daughter and I went to get ice cream after a 10 hour work day, got to the window after ordering to present our ice cream coupon, one of the girls at the window had the audacity to roll her eyes at me, we can’t honor those you ordered waffle cones….. I said ok I’ll pay the difference, well you can’t we can’t do that you have to pay full price…….now, just fyi…….the coupons were given to me personally by the owner!?! I don’t know what the issues are……but I can tell you I know I’m not the only one who’s encountered multiple issues. We’ve given this the Beni fit of the doubt every time we’ve come back, I can tell you I would not recommend this place to anyone, and we will absolutely not be going back ever again! It’s a shame, small town, small...

This is the second time this location forgot something ,the first time i just brushed it off,but this time i decided not too.The first time they forgot to put all the toppings on my boyfriend’s burger that he states he wanted everything on it ,so he literally just had bread and burger meat.The second time we went the lady at the register put down frys when we asked for 1 fry and 1 cheese curd she even asked what sauce we wanted and gave us the sauce but no cheese curds and on top of that she didnt give us our drinks no one came to the window at the drive through we seen the lady with our food come outside looking confused to no cars besides ours and 1 person still at the drive thru window we pulled up she handed us our food first,then asked if we paid if we werent honest people we could have simply drove off with almost $30 of fast food.My receipt shows we order d drinks and it says marinara on it ,but she didnt put cheese curds .I understand it gets busy and people mess up ,but for something to have happened more than 1...

So I do DoorDash and you have a rate on your time right so why is this place stopping me and wanting me to confirm my pickup before I leave, my clock starts right after I do that, prefer to be ready to leave parking lot before I confirm it also shows All customer information and how much I’m getting for the dash, I’m my own boss no I’m not starting my clock so you can see my screen and affect my time, you’ve been paid me confirming has nothing to do with you let me grab my customers order and be on my way!!!! Also as a customer I’ve Always have a good experience but today was a little frustrating, I had a email buy one get one free on the value baskets (regular only) so with the upcharges for sides (cheese curds and pretzel bites ) it wasn’t as much as a savings as I was looking for, note for next time, I will stick with mashed potatoes or coleslaw for my side even though the pretzel bites...
