Taco Bell — Restaurant in Washington Charter Township

Won't come back to this location again and it was my first time here. There were about 7 cars or so infront of me. It took about 5 minutes for each car. It was ridiculous. There was also about 10 cars behind me. 2 left and I hadn't even gotten to the speaker yet by then. At least this location has an easy out of the drive thru in case you change your mind. While the worker I encountered at the window was nice that was just too long to wait.

Update: I actually did end up coming back to this location since I couldn't order the free mexican pizza at the other ones near me. So I stopped in this one. I had time if I needed to wait and boy did I. Another half an hour waiting until I even got to the speaker. Seriously, the comments talking about wait time is no joke. When I first ordered from there and left my review from the ridiculous wait time I checked the reviews to see and almost all are the same. I cannot believe how slow this location is. Still the workers are friendly but I just don't want to sit in a drive thru for fast food where it usually takes a quarter of the time at other locations. The line was long. About 10 cars in front of me though as well as 10 behind me as well. When I did get my order they had tomatoes on the pizza when I took them off when I made the order, which is a bummer because it is harder to pick them out of this item. But it was good and...

Don’t waste your time coming to this Taco Bell absolutely the WORST fast food restaurant I’ve EVER been to. I told myself not to come here last time because they completely screwed up my order but figured that was a while ago and I really didn’t want to have to go so far out of my way to the other Taco Bell at 26 Mile rd so on my way back from the vet stopped here. Terrible customer service here. They can’t even make a simple taco. I literally repeated the entire order AND had them clarify it got it right on the receipt then I get my order completely WRONG. Management said they would replace the order so I go back there screwed it up three times!!! Not once but three damn times! Seriously ridiculous I was so sick of waiting there I said forget it and left. Not to mention the entire staff and manager was extremely rude and had poor attitudes so why would I sit there and wait for them to screw it up a fourth time! Not trying to be mean but you work at a fast food restaurant and can’t get it right like seriously good luck to you what a joke this location is. I’ll never come here again and highly recommend anyone to go to any other Taco...

This is the first time I’ve ever written an online review and this place drove me to do so. After waiting over 45 in a line with 6 cars in front of me, I probably received the worst prepared food I have ever received from a Taco Bell. I can imagine I wouldn’t have hated the food as much if I had been through the line in 15 mins but this was unacceptable. The only reason I decided to stay in the line was because I placed a mobile order, and was held hostage. The fact that this Taco Bell remains open is a joke because clearly the staff inside are unable to handle the workload at this establishment. This probably isn’t their fault, I can imagine upper management is non-existent here, but I still have to blame someone for eating an hour of my time for room temperature burritos and poorly cooked rice. Would’ve given 2 stars if they apologized...
