I googled "tomato and basil pizza" and stumbled onto their information. I traveled three and a half hours to visit my sister, and we decided to try this pizza place for a new experience. It was great! We ordered a large pepperoni, large tomato and basil (not sure if this is their Margherita) and a small black olive with banana peppers. Everyone enjoyed each kind of pizza. I loved the atmosphere and rich community involvement of the restaurant. The dude tossing the crust was very friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely have on my next trip to Romeo. Great job Tomato and Basil!!!

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the 2-foot Italian party sub. This masterpiece of a sandwich was packed with generous layers of delectable Italian meats, fresh vegetables, and a mouthwatering medley of herbs and spices. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving more. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and their quality was evident in every bite. The bread, perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, provided the ideal canvas for the symphony of flavors within. It was a truly heavenly combination that satisfied my taste buds beyond measure.

Best pizza I've ever had! I just had their pizza for the first time today, maybe 15 minutes ago. I already love and plan on coming back with my family. The workers were super nice and helpful. If you happen to be near place and aren't sure, then let this be your sign to go in and try it!!

Wow. Okay Excellent wow is an understatement.

Im. Always in pursuit of a great submarine sandwich around Macomb County, or Wayne, Oakland.

I had some errands in Romeo + thought id just go & check this place of my list.

NO NOPE!

Not checking it off any list but adding it to my Rotation Plus its instantly in my top three.

Also in regards to Fresh Unique Flavorful. Bread

This is absolutely the number one of any sub I've had in all three counties in regards to grilled meats and toasted bread.

I called ahead and ordered the sub at 12:15 on Tuesday July the 12th I rolled in at 12:30 it was ready and waiting for me kind friendly staff wonderful red wine vinaigrette I'm already plotting and planning my next visit I don't have a tape measure with me to measure the ginormous size of this sub however I laid three bills back to back and the sub is two and a half bills long Simply Amazing.

In closing it's truly odd how I ended up here today I went to go get my free Subway sub at 23 and Van Dyke at noon and to say the staff was not ready would be an understatement so I could not remember the name of this place what started Googling Submarine sandwiches in Romeo and found this magical name tomatoes and basil Immediately on my instant...

YUCKY!! We just moved to the Romeo area and ordered from here hoping it was good. We litterally just got done eating and I have never ran to my computer so fast to write a review. We had no menu and there was no menu online so my hubby just asked if they had a pizza special tonight. We got 2 larges with 2 toppings and "breadsticks". My hubby worked at a private owned pizza place growing up so he knows what good pizza should be. Dough was hard and very thin, with hardly any sauce. pepperoni and sausage was ok, mushroom not so much. The breadsticks were literally little knots of bread with NO seasoning or butter on them or ANYTHING, very very plain. If they just added some butter or oil and sprinkled parm and BASIL on them, boom they would rock. With their name being Tomato & Basil, they definitely don't live up to that. We would order from hungry howies or another place over this...

After hearing reviews about this place, decided to give them a try. Got (2) 2 ft long subs.. the club and the Italian. They were both delicious! Bread was the best part. Also got a 1/2 tray of the chef salad which was very good. Only minor complaint is I had to call 24 hrs beforehand and told them pick up between 230-3pm. I did arrive at 215 and was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready at 3, which it was. Besides that, definitely will be back for the subs and salad. I also wish instead of 2 containers of the Italian dressing, we would have been able to try the ranch, but I...
