Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Washington Charter Township

This is probably the worst Dairy Queen. If you want a blizzard it’s basically all vanilla ice cream no toppings. The toppings that are there are right on top and the rest is vanilla ice cream the girl working yesterday taking orders was super friendly, but the rest of them are ignorant. I can’t even believe the way the girl was speaking to me yesterday with her little attitude, pointy nose, small little girl with reddish hair mousy. We had ordered three small blizzards, two puppy cups, pretty simple order not even exaggerating when I say that eight people behind me had already left and we didn’t get our order . Not sure if they lost our receipt in the shuffle but the girl had the nerve to tell me that everyone else got theirs before us because it was all cones while my husband and I stood outside and watched blizzard after blizzard after blizzard and Sundays leave … not one cone. Not a big deal that we had to wait and they made a mistake but the attitude that was received was really...

We have came here a lot in the past so the crew was on the new side this time. We did enjoy our orders though. They have Marshmallow topping, cheesecake bits, plus their cakes were on the better side with a larger variety. The new Fruity Dipped purple Iceceam was different and refreshing. The misties we're on special so we got the purple looking rainbow one and it was good as well. They had to remake our cones... They threw the first ones right in the garbage in front of us. They were a little out of shape but on the generous side of the sizes we ordered. But the second set looked way better but so small you could see cone on the outside of it so we felt skimmed and the dude that made them was showing the newbies how to do it. If it were me it would have been somewhere in-between them both. But never the less we loved them the same. It was busy and tight inside and the order girl was doing her best. We will be back with it being better next...

I ordered a heethbar blizzard. When the girl gave it to me, all I saw was vanilla ice cream, no chunks of the candy bar. When I asked the girl about the lack of the candy bar, she told me. O, they changed it to a powder, so it still tastes the same. I was not happy with that answer. She was blatantly lying! I gave her back the cup, and at that point, she offered to make me another one. Gee, when they handed me the new one, there were lots of chunks on chocolate candy in it. This girl showed no respect to the customer. If I didn't persist that I wasn't happy, she could have cared less and let me walk away with nothing but an expensive cup of plain vanilla ice cream. I would not want this type of employee representing my place...
