Wendy's — Restaurant in Washington Charter Township

Just went to this location at 10:05 am on Sunday, sat at the drive through order line after 5min know answer so I pulled up to the window a girl kept walking by looking at me through the drive though window, finally when she realized I wasn't leaving she came to the window I asked if they were open, she said they are switching to lunch and closed the window and walked away, so I knocked on the window she came back I asked should I go back around or do I place my order now I asked why did you just walk away with out letting me know if I can order or need to come back later (I was fine either way just needed to know) she closed the window and walked away with out answering. I leave and call to talk to the manager, he answers when I start to tell him about the bad service at the window he starts calling me a mother #@%!$ and if I want breakfast that bad I should go to McDonald's. I explain I was not calling about breakfast but I was calling becaus of how unprofessional the employee was not explaining if they needed a few minutes or an hour before taking orders. Which I now know breakfast is advertised untill 10:30am and it was only 10:05am Manager refused to give name or even hear out the complaint, but only kept verbally abusing me with calling me a c@$% s@#$% and mother @&$%$. This person should not be a manager he does not have the people skills or the temper. If the manager treats coustmers this way employees must think its ok also. I will escalate this to the owner and corporate. Completely on called for and unprofessional for this manager to swear and abuse...

Decided to stop at this Wendy’s after work, placed my order and waited in the parking spot. Girl brought out my order asked to confirm the order. I know to check my bag before I leave because every time they screw it up. Person next to me in the parking space pulled back around because he got my order and informed me he ate part of my order. Ate 2 of my nuggets they decided “ah yeah let’s just give this order away even though it was in the hands of another person for 2 minutes” I went inside and told them to remake it, 5 minutes later the manager brings out my order, once again THE WRONG ORDER…. At this point I was already over it, went home ate the chicken sandwich that I didn’t order (I ordered a cheeseburger) and the desert that was in the bag was as hard as a brick… called the store to tell the manager that they screwed up my order 3 times. Told me “that they caught that… no you guys did not… then told I could come back, to get it remade… NO… you couldn’t get it right 3 times why waste my time to come back to get another messed up order? This location has gone bad, get new staff who can actually get orders right… not that hard, and for management, you should of compensated me the first time I came in to tell you to remake my order because someone had consumed part of my order…. Don’t recommend eating here ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not this type of person but when you have 3 chances and still don’t get it right you get...

All I wanted was a baked potato, I thought to myself sitting at the dentist with my daughter as it became later and later Tuesday night. When we finally left the office, we hit up the local Wendy’s in an effort to score a quick dinner. As I placed my order, they promptly informed me they had no more baked potatoes, so I substituted for a jr cheeseburger instead as well as ordering food for my daughter. We waited for the cars in front of us, 3, for 25 minutes. When it was finally our turn and I went to hand the staff worker my card, I was then informed that their card reader wasn’t working and I should have been told that before I ordered. I told her, no, I was not told that, and I didn’t have any cash. I also commented that I had now been waiting 25 minutes for nothing. She said she could “try” my card… at that moment another girl entered the window, apparently the girl who had taken my order, and began to speak defensively to me in regards to why she had not told me their card reader wasn’t working… well, turns out the card reader did work? It took my card, they handed me our order and we left. Got home, and this is the state of my “not potato.” I will NEVER go to the Wendy’s...
