The behavior I encountered at this Dunkin’ Donuts location was not only appalling, it was emblematic of a team that has clearly lost sight of the most fundamental principles of customer service: decency, respect, and professionalism. During a simple drive-thru visit, I made a polite special request for my sandwich, only to be mocked—out loud—by an employee who assumed no one could hear her disdain. Unbeknownst to her, my brother was at the window and caught every word of her snide commentary. This level of immaturity would be embarrassing coming from teenagers at a lunch table—let alone paid employees representing a national brand. When I attempted to describe a donut I’ve enjoyed for years but didn’t know the formal name for, I was met not with help or kindness, but ridicule and visible irritation. Not only was the wrong donut handed to me -3 TIMES. But the manager herself felt compelled to contribute by speaking to me with unnecessary rudeness, simply because I wasn’t fluent in Dunkin’s internal product names. All on a holiday mind you! Lastly, during a mobile order pickup, after calmly correcting the staff when they misheard my name, I was greeted at the window by the same employee who had earlier “corrected” me on my donut pronunciation—only this time, she delivered my order with a smug, condescending tone that felt intentionally spiteful. This wasn’t a one-off slip in service—it was a clear pattern of disrespect, immaturity, and a total failure in leadership. If these employees derive satisfaction from humiliating the very people who fund their paychecks, then it’s time to reconsider whether they belong in customer-facing roles at all. Go...
Read moreThis morning I took my granddaughter to get the 50 munchkins in the Halloween bucket, but they were sold out. However, I did order 25 munchkins and a hot coffee and an iced coffee. The problem I have is there was a girl standing where you would order helping the staff with orders, apparently she must work there, but was not on duty. She was full of dog hair had crocs on and look like she just crawled out of bed. I simply asked if my coffee was ready because it said it was on the board. She replied no it’s not we’re down 4 people. I said I was just reading the board. She came back with a cocky answer and said I’m just reading tickets. Meanwhile, there was people Ordering food after me and leaving before me. Then she had a comment once again and said if everybody would be nice we’d get the coffees out faster. The boy working did get my munchkins as soon as I ordered I was just waiting on the coffee. Another lady ordered munchkins and the cocky girl thought it was mine and said she got her munchkins she don’t need another box. SERIOUSLY!!! They weren't even mine and to make a comment like that was BS! for her to even be like this was rediculous she wasn’t even working. She was apparently having a bad morning the other customers were also shaking there head and said there is no reason for her to be like this. Short staff is a dd problem not customers. We were all being more then patient this morning. The service sucked and definitely not...
Read moreI want to preface this by saying this is probably the third review I’ve left on anything ever and the only negative one at that. If you’re a food delivery driver do NOT accept orders from this Dunkin. And don’t order delivery as a customer. I went in today and a nice woman was still putting together my customer’s order and she let me know. I just said okay thank you and waited like usual. Another employee asked the manager (woman with died red hair) about the order and her response was to yell, “I GOT IT!” followed by going on a rant in front of the whole store about how she doesn’t care about those orders because the people are sitting at home ordering instead of going there to get their food. Last time I saw her she messed up my order for a customer and gave me attitude when she had to correct it. I’ve worked in customer service for years. I know it’s rough. They were very busy and I didn’t care about waiting. But I do care if you’re going to make me wait on purpose and be loud and proud about it. I don’t know her name but again she has dyed red hair. I already reported this store and her to the delivery app...
