I went through twice today, same location. I don't know what is up with this location but management REALLY needs to investigate 1.) the quality coffee being served, 2.) customer service and the 3.) quality of the bacon and it being cooked properly. This coffee was by far the worsttttt cup of coffee I have ever had in my life. Not happy. I do not want to return to this location again, might be done with it for good. Service, young girl wasn't friendly. Lastly- 2nd time I went through today I got bacon egg and cheese on croissant. I specifically said if I can please have the bacon extra crispy and she repeated sure extra crispy. So I know she heard me and understood. While it was decent amount of bacon it does not matter. The quality of bacon was poor. Veryyyyyu rubbery and undercooked!!!! So out the window the bacon all went ;-( Management---- Please do under cover drive throughs, or be passenger in car (don't let employees hear you). You will see for yourself. Also- the coffee was soooooo bad. Extremely watered down. Very flavorless. Overall not good at all. Not happy. Read moreCame here this morning to use my free medium hot coffee reward and to buy a bagel. When I drove up to the drive through window they scanned my phone and then gave me my coffee. The lid wasn't put on properly and spilled all over my hand and all over my car when I received it. Not only did I have a mess of coffee in my car I was also burned from the spill. Both of the employees looked at me and apologized for not properly sealing the lid then told me I still had a balance for my purchase. Which I thought was weird because I did upload $10 on my app before purchasing my Bagel. After I pulled away and got home I checked my dunkin app and see that I was charged double for a full purchase and only had $2.00 left on my app. I should not have been charged for my "free medium coffee reward" Only for the bagel but no I was charged for both and charged double for another order that I never ordered or received. Read moreMobile order. Walk-in to pick up order. Order was not completed. Nor had it been started. Two employee's a male & female. The female was cussing in a corner to herself. My family & I stood around waiting by the register for our three separate orders. There were several gnats inside eating off every donut they had. I tried requesting to speak to a manager the female employee became irate, pretended to contact a manager then just told me to write down the info so I could call myself. The male employee out-loud stated he did not know how to make "matcha" or "clean" out the coffee maker. Additional customers came in and they were selling these disgusting donuts with so many gnats flying around and feasting on them. Please make sure you check your food from here and I recommend walking in versus drive thru because they definitely gave the drive thru customers these...
