We have ordered from Hudah Babylon a few times and each time was a delightful experience! The bagels were easily the best I've had in the area. The texture was perfect: a soft chewy interior that had the perfect balance of density and moisture. No dry, bready bagels here! You can tell a lot of love (and time) has gone into developing their recipes. We absolutely loved the pork roll, egg, cheese, and avocado on a cheddar bagel sandwiches that we had and have ordered them multiple times.

We haven’t tried their cream cheeses yet, but they look like they have the quality to match their bagels. You’ll understand when you see them.

But it's not just the bagels that make this shop stand out. Their other lunch/dinner options were also top-notch. We had the gyro and chicken kabob and both were delicious, flavorful, and fresh.

In addition to the food, the owners of the shop were simply wonderful. They were welcoming, friendly, and eager to help us. Their passion for quality and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the shop, from the food to the warm, inviting atmosphere.

They close a bit early for dinner (so order early!), but it’s only so they can focus on making dough for tomorrow morning’s bagels so it can ferment/rise overnight. Once again, you can tell lots of love goes into their food.

Overall, I can't recommend Hudah Babylon enough. It's a true gem in the neighborhood, and I'm thrilled to have such a high-quality establishment nearby. I can see it being the kind of place that always has a line going out the door, and is always worth waiting for. The young ladies who work here need to take some serious customer service classes and fix their attitudes. The woman in the back is very nice and polite and I liked their food as well but Ive had a few encounters with 2 different young ladies who were down right rude with horrible attitudes and apparently not happy with their jobs. I Simply ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese on the side I’ve order this many of times here with no issue but today wasn’t the case. I was appreciative that she brought out fresh bagels but apparently because they’re fresh out of the oven there was no reason for her to cut it and toast it as I had ordered. She proceeded to toss an uncut and untoasted bagel into the bag when I stopped her and asked for it to be toasted her response was it’s fresh out of the oven. Ok but I would like it to be cut open (as any normal bagel shop would understand this request) and toasted she then slammed the cream cheese in the trash can and said I don’t know why your giving me an attitude when I’m telling you they just came out of the oven. You will never receive a “so called attitude” from me ordering a toasted bagel and cream cheese on the side or my business and or recommendation of this establishment to anyone again. I have no issue giving someone the benefit of the doubt that they’re having a bad day or that customers can be difficult when it comes to their food orders but this is not the first time this has happened and it’s unacceptable fix...
