Frank's II Pizzeria — Restaurant in Washington Township

The pizza was really good. I have been a repeat customer for the past year and a half ordering from them every week. Last week my garlic knots arrived burned, dried out and no oil on it (bc the oil leaked all of the bag somehow although none was on the knots). They offered to send me a new order or give me a free order the following week when I ordered my usual. I opted for just taking a free order the following week. When I ordered (today), they said the only way I could receive the free garlic knots (that were promised to me from the manager on duty) was if I came and picked them up. I could not leave bc I run a training class (which is what I order the pizza for each week). They kept telling me that the only way to get them was to come pick it up. They said they could deliver the pizza to me but not the garlic knots. About 5 min into the conversation, they said they didn't have a delivery driver which is why they couldn't send the garlic knots. (??? they said I could get the pizza delivered!!) When I made this point that they said I could get the pizza delivered but not the garlic knots, the girl on the phone hung up on me.

I will never order from here again. Based on how much money I spent on them every week for the past year and a half AND the fact I ALWAYS tipped the delivery drivers nicely, I'm appalled that they treated...

this place has the worst customer service. half of our meal had come out, and while waiting another 15 minutes for the other half, i walked up to the counter to see what was going on. i then heard the counter girl ask where our order was and someone else said no one put it in. so i said i didn't want it anymore & she said "well it's already made". true, but i just watched you put it in after sitting there for a half hour. so i paid for it, like a fool. then, after another 10 minutes go by, i go up to the counter again & say i just want a refund and that now i have to be somewhere because i've been here for close to an hour. the girl then goes to the back and says "mom, can you go deal with her. i can't anymore". extremely rude. so then the lady in the back came out & said "well it's already made, what do you want me to do? throw it out?" i said i've been here for a long time and can't wait anymore. so they took it out of the oven, threw it in a box and shoved it at me. so now i'm out the money, had no dinner, was late to my prior engagement, and now have a half cooked calzone.

needless to say, we will never be ordering from there again which is sad because their food is very good. just not worth the absolutely awful customer service. no one deserves to be yelled at & embarrassed in front of an entire...

We ordered the Buffalo Wing pizza and Mega Fries. Not only did the food arrive quicker than expected, but it was all hot and fresh. They even use a little plastic protector for the pizza, so it doesn't get squished by the box. I haven't seen one of those in years. For those that don't know, the Buffalo Wing pizza is made from chicken wings. The meat is pulled off the bone and put onto the pizza. It is hands down, without a doubt, the best buffalo chicken pizza you'll ever have. They give you a choice of hot or mild sauce, and we got mild. The sauce is very flavorful and delicious. The chicken meat is fantastic, right off the wing. As for the Mega Fries, this is the first place I ordered Mega Fries from that were not all soggy from the toppings. The fries were extremely hot and perfectly crispy. The toppings were evenly spread throughout, so every bite was delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again. There are other pizza places on Hurffville-Crosskeys Road, and they all just lost a customer to Frank's. From now on, Frank's is our go-to spot. I highly...
