Horrible customer service. I ordered a pepperoni Stromboli which is not on their menu but as someone who worked in the restaurant business for 15 years, if you have the ingredients, you make it for your customer as long as it's within reason. I think a chicken Stromboli no chicken, sub pepperoni is a reasonable request. They charged me almost $2 extra for pepperoni even though I wasn't getting chicken which is way more expensive than pepperoni. Fine, I was ok with that. Then I added extra sauce on side which they also charged me for. Received my order and there was no sauce at all. I called to ask for a credit for both the pepperoni and the sauce and the manager refused. She said she would only credit me for the sauce. I explained to her that I know the price difference between pepperoni and chicken and it's not right that they overcharge their customers like that. She still refused. I said you would rather lose my business than credit me $3?? And basically the answer was yes. I'm not asking to not pay for anything... I paid for the sauce and in my opinion, I paid for the pepperoni considering the charge for chicken, onions and peppers that I was not getting. GREEDY! I've had this issue with them in the past about mozz cheese fries. They refused to make for me. I've received sandwiches made wrong, incorrect dessert items, etc. this is the first time I've complained bc I do like their food. I also tip their drivers well because I know my house is a little far for them. They really need to do better in the customer service department.

Update- they did call back to say they would credit me for the pepperoni and sauce however I still will not be ordering from them as I shouldn’t have had to argue with them and tell them they lost my business in order to get them to credit. Their food is amazing! We go here all the time and the service is wonderful, and the service is fast! We got there today, and waited a little bit, but our waitress, Corrinne, made sure our food was fast and hot. Everyone we have had there is so nice and we wait to be in the area just so we can go back. One of my all time favorites is the Pot Roast French Dip. It is wonderful. My family calls it “perfection in a sandwich”. Again, all of the food is wonderful here, with great staff members. I got the Avocado and Burrata sandwich that was really good! The hand tossed salad with the bite sized truffle fries were just awesome!! The presentation was beautiful. The French toast with the whipped peanut butter cream was really good! It was also really sweet, but still was so good despite the amount sugar. The freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing! The chicken and waffles with the chipotle maple syrup was awesome as well! The chipotle doesn’t make the syrup spicy, just adds a smokiness. Normally I would say they're good. Today, I'll probably never order from them again. Online order for delivery tonight. About 20 minutes after I ordered, I checked the "track my order", which said my food was already delivered. I called the store and, after a little confusion, spoke to a man who said the delivery driver ended his shift, so it just said my order was delivered. He said the driver had just left, and should be here soon. Call back if he's not there in 15 minutes. 35 minutes later, I still had no food, and called back. I spoke to Jess. She was extremely rude, and gave me every excuse in the book why the driver isn't here. She said he left with the food half hour ago. When I asked what to do if the food is cold, she said it shouldn't be THAT cold, and they'd have to come back and get it. I asked for my tip back at least, and she asked me why. She was VERY defensive. The driver finally got here. Not only did he request I go outside my building, because he didn't know how to open the door, he left me standing in the rain in the middle of the parking lot because he was at the wrong building and didn't see me.
