I don’t ever really leave reviews but the management at this place is ridiculous! We will not be going back to this location ever again. I don’t know what has changed in the last year or so but this is absolutely ridiculous. We’ve had issues in the past where they have refused to take walk in orders and say you have to put in a pick up order online. Nope! I will go to the one in Hilliard before I do that. Tried to give them a chance today because we haven’t had Jimmy John’s in a while so my husband went to go get me something for a treat. They took his order and then waited 20 minutes to tell him that they had a catering order come in! You should have said something before he ordered. Waiting 30+ minutes for one sandwich is absolutely ridiculous! You can’t spend 2 minutes to get ONE sandwich out the door for an online order that isn’t even ready yet because management says prioritize online orders? Shame on management for only having 2 employees working on a Saturday! There should be at least 1 or 2 more people working to handle walk in orders. I called my husband when he messaged me about the situation around 12:40 when he got there at 12! Told him to get a refund and go to Hilliard. They “voided” the check but didn’t actually issue the refund. They told my husband they would do so after they were done with that order which is totally unacceptable! my husband said whatever and left because he’d been waiting almost an hour at that point. We will be keeping an eye out on our bank statement because we will file a chargeback if it isn’t refunded properly because guess what else they didn’t do because they were in a rush give him a copy of his damn receipt! Today was the complete opposite. I ordered at 11:15 am, in the hopes to have it delivered for the lunch hour. At 12:30 pm, it still hadn't arrived, so I called and was told they were short drivers, but it was out for delivery. Then hung up on. I chalked it up to them being busy.
We waited and waited, with no delivery. I tried to call back about 40 minutes later and was put on hold, with no one returning to the phone after waiting over 5 minutes. So, I hung up. A few minutes later, I called back. When they answered, I asked for a refund, and they put me on hold, with no one returning back to the call, again. I hung up, and a few minutes later I called back, and the same person answered (keep in mind, it's been over 2 hours now), and I asked for a refund. He was curt and short, and said it had been refunded. When I tried to share the previous experience with them (same store) calling to let me know they were short drivers, he cut me off and hung up on me.
I was quite patient in waiting for the order, and after they said it was out for delivery. How they interacted on the phone was rude, and unacceptable to a customer.
I hope whomever the manager and/or owner is can provide better training in challenging situations when they are short staff.

Really????While I’m there I checked one sandwich I should’ve checked all of them before I left because this is not only happened once this is twice, he puts tomatoes on my husband sandwich who’s allergic to tomatoes after we specifically asked for onions on mine there was no cheese after I added cheese and paid for it. when I get there and I open the sandwich no cheese so I tell him, and what did he do???? He hand me two slices of cheese on wax paper. I said there’s no mayonnaise. Here’s mayonnaise packets, and this is the store manager???? Stay clear he is the rudest individual. That’s what jimmy johns has running their stores! Well guess what? Now they pissed me off basically telling me off over the phone I will go way up higher than him and be heard.
