We made it out to the Grand Opening last weekend! Great vibes and gorgeous interior - excited to have a Roots now in Dublin. The employee named Chris in the dining area was a friendly face and greeted every single guest on their way inside.

Ordered the Mayweather salad. Delicious! Subtly sweet with beets, sweet potatoes & goat cheese. The chicken was cooked to perfection! Really enjoyable, refreshing lunch for less than $9!! I bought a latte for $9 today, like holy cow....
