This is the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to . This is the 3rd time I’ve had some type of issue at this location so now I have to take time out of my day and write about it . They get simple orders completely wrong . Double cheese burger meal no onions please . I received BOTH cheeseburgers loaded with onions . If that’s not a simple request then what is ? How do you get that wrong !? Gave them a second chance and ordered the same thing . No onions . And not only did they both have onions AGAIN , the buns were hard as a rock , the burgers were completely dry . It was obvious they were BOTH old and reheated in a microwave . 3rd time .. I decided to get 2 Mcchicken sandwiches . It’s impossible to get the order wrong 3 times in a row right ? Nope ! Not at this place . Simple order , 2 mcchickens with cheese NO MAYO ! What did I get ? 2 WITH MAYO AND NO CHEESE !! 100% failed at simple instruction again . Not only was the order WRONG , but the buns were HARD AGAIN and lettuce looked old and disgusting. AGAIN I would bet ANYTHING both sandwiches were old and reheated in the microwave ! And should I mention 2 out of my 3 visits the fry’s were barley even warm ! I’ll never go here again and the only reason I took the time to write this is because NOBODY should go here . There’s literally another McDonalds about a mile up the road at the Walmart store that’s way better ! I can’t believe I had to waste my time writing this but I just didn’t want to see others get screwed over like I did 3 TIMES IN A ROW ! Please don’t waste your time . Read moreFirst, let me just say that I have always been a fan of McDonald's grub. For the first time I ordered by using their app. My phone told me my order number and to proceed to the drive thru, which is the option I chose for pickup. At the order speaker I told them I was there for my order number. They did they didn't have it but to drive up to window one and tell them. At window one I showed the woman there my phone with the order number. She called someone else over because she had no idea what she was observing. They also were no help but now told me to proceed to window two anyway. There, I showed the woman my phone again. She asked two other people for help because she's too didn't know what she was looking at. Neither did they. They then asked what I had ordered and then tried me to pull up next to their playground and someone would bring me my order. Five minutes, they did. So a process that should have taken less than 5 minutes too closer to 20. My first question of course is: Is this how it's supposed to work? Has ANYONE been trained on this method of ordering? The app has been around for at least a year. Was I the first person to use it at this location? Should I expect subsequent trips to be similar? Read moreI work late so I never get an opportunity to enjoy the breakfast, but finally had a chance to get there before 11am. I cut it close when I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:52am. The line was huge, but I had hope I'd be able to experience some McDonalds breakfast. I waited in line for 11 min and when it was finally my turn to order it was 11:03am and the clerk refused my order even after my plea that I had been sitting in the drive-thru line for 11 minutes. Now upset and hungry for a good morning breakast, I drive home with nothing.
I understand rules are rules and the cut off is 11am, however the restaurant was clearly backed up because of other hungry guests. And because of them holding up the line, I wasn't able to experience this breakast delight. It was only 3 extra minutes over the time and I technically got to the location at breakfast serving hours. It just wasn't fair and I feel like letting the rest of the people who were waiting patiently in line should have been able to get to order breakfast if they asked.
With these brutal cut-off times and lack of understanding your guests, I'll never come back to this location and will take any future breakfast...
