McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington Township

Okay so I normally would not come online and complain so I'm sorry I'm taking it out on this store in particular. However, every McDonald's I go to does this to me. I ordered two big boxes for two separate families and they come out and everything is wrong. In one bag you have burgers and french fries in the other bag you have double cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets so we had to separate everything ourselves. Secondly, I asked for regular honey for one of the boxes for the chicken nuggets and for the other box I asked for barbecue sauce and honey mustard. I also asked for a ton of ketchup for both boxes because they always either forget the ketchup altogether or give us one packet and it is just not enough to so I assumed me asking for a ton will send the point home that we use a lot. Why? Why does this happen every time at every McDonald's . It wasn't even busy. Why are you so cheap with the condiments I will pay extra for what I'm asking for. I am a server I know what is is like to serve food. I understand what my customers are asking for when they say things like "extra" or "they always...

sales associate told me that they don't sell the combo with 20 nuggets, 2 Fries and 2 drinks anymore, but they do I order it there often. when I inquired about it she told me "we're not a franchise we're privately owned." I tried to explain to her that franchises are privately owned and there are corporate locations and franchises. she proceeded to continue taking my order with an attitude, huffing and rolling her eyes at me. she did not ask what kind of sauce I wanted with my nuggets or anything. she literally ordered for me giving me sauces I did not want. I had to go back up and ask for what I wanted from another associate who was very friendly and apologetic. The young lady who took my order continued to have a discussion with someone else while giving me cocky looks.

Was here yesterday, The new management is absolutely terrible as I was told by another employee in their lobby. Raising prices higher than all other Mcdonald locations in the area, using expired raw meat, hiring convicts and thieves, the owners don't even have the balls to apologize properly to customers for their own mistakes let alone firing their own employees in person rather than make drama over the phone that can be heard by all the guest as one current employee told me while stopped in to drink my gatorade. I was shocked. Highly unprofessional. Lot was dirty when I walked up and was told by this employee while in the lobby that the new owner replaced maintenance. Avoid this dirty place with its bad prices and go to the one in deptford. New owner I've been told is a stuck up douche by their own employee who doesn't entirely follow McDonald's policies...
