Pronto Print House — Local services in Washington Township

I paid in October 2022 for my second year of mail service at pronto. So as of the beginning of the year when they changed everything over to wedding services I have not been able to get my mail. No one answers the phone. No one answers my email. They said they would give me my money back at the beginning of the year. I made sure I had everything changed over except Social Security one hand doesn't know what the other is doing so it took a month before they changed the address and now I have a bunch of stuff missing from March. This is not cool. I want my mail.

This is the reply I received to my email I sent today, June 13, 2023: "Hello, Thank you for reaching out to Pronto Print House. Our office in Collingswood is closed from Monday, April 17 through Monday, April 24. We will be traveling for client events, client meetings, and photoshoots.

We will answer emails in the evening. Thank you for your understanding." It is June. I was not notified that the company was closing. I received no notice. A baby grand piano was moved in at the beginning of the year, now everything is gone. I must have slipped their mind. Everytime I tried to keep up with their schedule of being open, I missed them. I asked over and over for someone to call me. If my mail was returned to sender, being Social Security who knows where my mail is-- S.S has not received it as of today, and the Collingswood Post Office doesn't know either. This is how it is with artist types I suppose. I believe I would have difficulty doing my business and answering emails and other communications, but it is really part of the business.
