Tony's Pizza & Ristorante — Restaurant in Washington Township

This place is RUDE! So it was my first time ordering from this place bc someone from my apartment complex recommended them to me. I placed the order and I asked the girl who answered the phone to cancel the chicken finger platter in exchange for wings. She said “okay. That doesn’t come with fries.” I said that was okay and I also ordered a Stromboli. My total came to $40.63. I kind of wondered why it was so much for a Stromboli, wings and fries but I assumed maybe it was the delivery charge. Once my food gets delivered, which took almost 1hour & 30 mins, I noticed I had a Stromboli, wings, fries, and the chicken finger platter which included fries. I called back to give a little constructive criticism and to let her know she messed my order up, I was charged for food I didn’t ask for and that my wings and Stromboli was burnt! Of course she reassured me that she repeated the order back but I know she didn’t and based on the fact that there various complaints about orders being messed up I can assure you she DD NOT REPEAT MY ORDER back. Had she did I would’ve reiterate that I didn’t want the chicken finger platter. She said she didn’t want to argue but would ask her boss to give a discount for the burnt food. Seems like they wanted to pass the buck! She got back on the phone after placing me on a brief hold and said “well the owner said he made it himself and it wasn’t burnt.” PLEASE SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED As you can see it’s greasy and BURNT! I’m okay with paying for my food. I don’t care what the price is but I want it to be worth it. I would’ve patronized this pizzeria and gave them a second chance had they would’ve corrected my order and at least gave me a credit for the next time I placed an order. I’m a business owner and that’s how you get returning customers, not by calling them liars! Now I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank once the charge is out of ‘pending’ status because I don’t like to be treated with low standards and I hate to be called a liar! This place is a disgrace and with a potential lockdown approaching they should be conducting business as adequate as possible to bring in business in case they’re shut down during the next lock down. Someone needs business training and they need to FIRE the girl who takes the orders...

First let me start by saying does who ever taking orders over the phone at this est. Even have a high school education it took 10 minutes talking to 3 different people to just get my order correct over the phone ,then I ordered a large cheese pizza and chicken tenders with fries the fries were super greasy and soggy ,the chicken tenders weren't even crispy they were soft and soggy and what was supposed to be breading was soggy and wet from grease like they didn't cook them Ling enough to get crispy and like they just dumped them in a container and didn't drain the grease off of them and the put the chicken tenders over the fries which made them more soggy then the pizza was bland cheese was hard not soft or gooey and cheese was hard solid on it and all of the food was cold when it got to me and they told me 30 minutes to be delivered and it took a hour and twenty minutes to be delivered so food was extra cold and soggy greasy it was just aweful idk how in the hell this place is still in business not to mention the prices are ridiculously high I spent over 35 dollars for this garbage I just would have been better off just getting me some McDonald's or burger King and paying 10 dollars for a combo instead of almost 40 for complete garbage that I'm not even going to eat cause it was too disgusting to even stomach smh this place would get zero stars if I could or a negative mark I will never eat here again I only took a chance cause my friend said when he went it was good but heck no never again and if you read this plz don't waste your time buying from here you will really be disappointed to...

I am very annoyed by the way they change their hours at random & how they don’t always deliver even though they are open. I have called to order delivery at least on 6 different occasions over a 6 month period and I was told they didn’t have a driver or the driver left early because the business was slow. However last night I called to order for pick up at 10:30 and I was told they were closed. I said that their hours on their website say they are open until 11:00. They woman’s response was yes they are open until 11 but they closed earlier so they can clean up & be out of there by 11! Also she added that the cooks had already left! I don’t know if there is a manager ever there but the only workers that I’ve seen are teenagers. A manager should be there to make sure the business stays open and also has a driver for the advertised business hours. I don’t think I’m going to waste my time ordering from here anymore. When I do order it’s usually a $30 order or more. I try to order for pick up so I can avoid the extra delivery charge which I’ve been told doesn’t even go to the driver. So I have to pay that charge & also tip the driver! No other place that I order from charge that...
