Highly over priced. $22 for 6 small chicken strips and a water, no meal just some small box of chicken. No one here speaks english except the nice new bi-lingual girl taking orders at the window the nice Bi-lingual manager, when he is actually working but usually he sits and talks for hours instead of helping his crew the last dozen times we came in to eat. I take my son and all his friends here often because its close to the local schools. We bought the $62 dinner meal last time and it was only enough for 3 kids then they were hungry again. This company supports hiring by unethical means, which means all you need is some work documents and to speak Spanish to qualify to work here, no matter what Mexican cartel gang affiliations tatoos the employees have, they just hire anyone who speaks Spanish with what ever documentation they paid for to get work. Its really sad, everyone needs work but this is no longer and American supported establishment. Chick-Fil-A is an American Christian competitor company that hires a diversity of Local American English speaking employees and they try to support a diverse group of high school kids regardless of their race unlike A&W. Chick-Fil-A does not hire former or current Mexican cartel adults from what we can see at all local restaurants. Think about your morals and whats happening to our crime filled communities next time you want Chicken and drive to Chick-Fil-A. Our family had to learn about this the hard way and wont be returning here. Sucks because A&W was the perfect all American family restaurants with weekend car shows when I was growing up but thats gone and look whats happening to our...
Read moreI think this location is okay. The food quality was okay. I ordered a chicken sandwich big box combo and a chicken strip big box combo and they left out one of the sides on the chicken strips box. i asked for sauces and wasn't given all of them. They gave me two ranch and a couple butters. When I spend over 40 dollars on food for two people I expect that I at least get what I order and i don't have to beg for sauce. In their defense they did have a customer who had a dairy allergy and they refused to look online for dietary restrictions. They just kept asking them what had dairy every though it was obvious no one new and I honestly don't think it's not their responsibility to know. If your diet is that restricted look online or eat at home. I had to go online and look just so the employees could help other customers. I think this location is just short staffed like almost every other business these days. I gave four stars for the simple fact these employees still come to work everyday to make sure we can have lunch. ...
Read moreThe burgers at this a&w location are among the best of fast food in the area. Like just about everything else on the menu, they are heavily seasoned and, frankly, would benefit from a little more acidity or sweetness. In other words, add extra ketchup. I think a good analog of the double cheeseburger at a&w is what's found at Red Mill, regarded as one of the best burger joints in the area. The flavor profile here is very similar, although their sauce isn't as spicy of course.
You can't go wrong with the root beer here. But a root beer float would be even better.
I ordered chili cheese fries on two separate occasions. The first time I was eating something that I'm sure had been reheated for many days. The flavor of the chili was super concentrated and salty to a fault. The second time the chili was significantly fresher and the dish was much...
