The biggest RIP OFF EVER! I placed an order via their mobile app for the very first time and when I got to the location to pick my order up even though it said it was packed and ready for pickup within the app the cashier informed me that my order was showing to have been canceled in their system and on the tablet that she was using. She refused to make my order because it was saying canceled on her end. She also said she was unable to refund my money and stated I would have to contact their 1-800 customer service phone number to request a refund. Of course their customer service was not available at the day and time all of this happened so I had to place a second order for the same items there at the store and had to pay a second time. The second time I ordered it was $5 more expensive than the order I had placed within the app because the app gave me a $5 off coupon however the cashier refused to allow me to use that same $5 off discount when placing the second order. So by the time I left the restaurant I literally walked out with two of their two-piece meals which only included two pieces of chicken a roll and a small side of mashed potatoes and gravy and no drinks and those two things cost me over $50 total between the two orders I had to pay for. The next day I ended up spending over an hour on the phone with their customer service department who took all of my information and created a case and then transferred me to another department to escalate the case and after the hour on the phone with them I was told not to worry and to keep an eye out for an email from them within 24 to 48 hours confirming that they had issued a refund for that first order I had placed. The next day I did receive an email from them however it was informing me that because it showed in the app that the order was packed and ready for pickup they would not be able to issue me any sort of refined on it even though I provided them with a picture of the actual iPad that the cashier was using that clearly showed my first order had a canceled status on it at the time. I ended up having to dispute the first charge with my bank and wait on that process to complete. KFC has now lost a customer for life all over a $21 order that they could have easily refunded. I highly recommend that everyone avoid this place...
Read moreI've eaten here over the course of the last year around once a month and this is my opinion of this location.
Food Quality: 3 stars (out of 5) - Food quality varies. Since this is KFC you know what you're supposed to be getting. Most of the time the food is pretty good, but I've never experienced the perfect piece of chicken from this location. And sometimes the food is barely edges across the return it/eat it line.
Pricing: 1.5 stars - This is the only KFC I've eaten at in this area but they're more expensive than the KFC locations where I used to live. It's at least 20% or 30% more expensive than what I'm used to paying. I've also had problems with them refusing to honor national promo's. (Specifically they wouldn't sell me a $5 fill up box but had no problem putting together a comparable meal 'a la cart' for roughly double the price).
Order accuracy: 4 stars - I can only recall one order that was inaccurate or wrong in the 10-15 times I've ordered from this location, which beats out the accuracy of other nearby fast food joints I frequent.
Overall: 2 - 2.5 stars - The high price (compared to the other KFC location's I've frequented) and inconsistent food quality earn this location...
Read moreI would not suggest anyone go here if you want to order food your way or according to your needs; if you want to accept their defaults, then have at it. The person at their drive-thru has a bad attitude about serving customers, lecturing through the speakerbox instead of helping the customer who just wants some fried junkfood. I'm not going to debate with a squawky little mesh and an opinionated shrew of an employee on the other end.
My partner has a relatively manageable dairy allergy and we have been to plenty of KFCs where their food items which contains NO DAIRY are fine for her. There is a difference between CONTAINS and ADJACENT. Instead of listening to the customer, their window worker decided to recite their incorrect incomprehensible brain-garbage gibberish over my words. Worse yet, when corrected at the window she just shrugged and rolled her eyes instead of listening and learning to adjust and adapt.
The pushback makes me have serious doubts about their food safety practices, so this place sniffs of something fishy for a chicken joint. If they aren't clean enough to keep their cross-contamination to a minimum, I would not want...
