I work as a driver for Uber Eats and had a very frustrating experience with Andy's on Super Bowl Sunday. This was clearly a busy night for the restaurant, but their response to the uptick in orders was both grossly inadequate and unprofessional. I received two orders to pick up around 6pm, and by the time I got to Andy's, the restaurant was swarmed with customers and delivery drivers waiting for their food. The kitchen staff and a worker guarding the entrance were engaged in a confused game of telephone trying to call out completed orders to people. The worker explained that orders placed through delivery apps had been pushed to the back of the queue to accommodate those that Andy's had received directly. I waited outside in the cold for about half an hour and explained the delay to my customers on Uber Eats, but finally, the worker at the door called out that Andy's was cancelling delivery app orders. The people I was supposed to deliver to were out of luck, and I walked away with a fraction of what I would've been paid if Andy's had completed the order. This obviously isn't the first time this problem has occurred (look at another Google review posted about 4 weeks ago). Andy's needs to either be more realistic about how many orders it can handle on busy nights and prepare accordingly, or reconsider their partnerships with...

After my review I received an email from management apologizing for the poor service I received and how they would do everything in their power to make it up to me and they did just that. The person I dealt with in customer service offered me a personal discount code and since I ordered from Doordash they also walked me through the steps to acquire a full refund. The person in customer service did a fine job in re-establishing trust in their business through follow up emails making sure I gave this establishment another chance. The pizza was good, but I must say again the service made all the difference.
