I went to Arby's this evening to what I expected to be a quick grab and go. It turned out to be a little longer than what I had anticipated. There was a reason behind this. They were short staffed and surprisingly busy for a typical Tuesday evening. There were only two people working when I showed up. Their names are Sonja and Jonathan. Let me tell you about these two! They were such a great team, trying to push out several orders, making sure everyone had what they ordered. They were very apologetic and rushing from the front to the back to take the orders, cook, and prep. I also noticed that they had door dash orders. So, not only were they fixing people's orders that were there, but orders from online. They stayed professional, calm, pleasant, respectful while being put under pressure of a rush they didn't expect. Arby's manager as well as Arby's franchise should be proud to have them working for them. They are great! I'll be glad to go back.
